The family had dinner here tonight. The food wasn't nearly as good as I expected it to be. What happened to the tacos you dip? There weren't a lot of options that I liked but my daughter loved the chicken and my friend lived the bowls! Parking is rough because the steakhouse customers use all the parking. Service was not great, missing the churros when we got home.Parking: It's super difficult to find parking because all of the customers at the steakhouse.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's wheelchair accessible.
This establishment needs a Lil more managing..Food was ok but not consistent..some times good sometimes bad,sometimes hot sometimes cold..no real human interactions, just a "can I help you" and that's it..Where are the people who supposed to uphold the integrity of theses business's?

Why doesn't management stop saying, "sorry" to all these upset people and get their acts together and do something about it??! I will not go back there until they actually do something about their terrible service. Management can say sorry all they want, but this place still terrible.
Tables are half empty but never clean. Had to do it myself again at the Tracy C A site.

We visit this location quite often we love the food! They do have an excellent manager his name is Jose super friendly and always helpful but we have noticed something that has caught our attention their GM Patricia is horrible always yelling at her team and seems as if she is always mad we went in last night and happend to experience another situacion (this has been the 3rd one) she was yelling at one of her employees and was just snaching things out of her had.. very unprofessional and unpleasant to see to the point that she made her cry! If we continue to see these actions I will be reporting her to U.S. Department of labor this lady is out of control and needs a stop to her unhumane actions!
