My 1st time at a Fire Wing restaurant and I almost didn’t make it pass the front door. The outside was dirty, the door to the restaurant was dirty greasy actually. The windows in the place were dirty. The girl at the register was super nice but after ordering could have told me it was 95cent wing day. The manager and employees were wearing crocs not professional at all. The manager was just sitting on a table on his phone instead of cleaning the restaurant.

Extremely disappointed ? ordered the Nashville tender fries and garlic noodles. The garlic noodles were not fresh, I'm in doubt if they were cooked for my order or when? The pasta was uncooked, not even al dente. It was hard, unchewable. The fries were drenched in Thousand islands sauce. This was not a good dinner investment. I couldn't taste no Nashville tenders, probably of how drenched in sauce this plate was. What good about this place? Well they do have a good looking place but first time here and my order was just not it.

Thought we understood the spice level situation ? i wish they could allow you to try something in between 2 and 3 . This my third time (tried 2 and 3 last times), and by far they made the hottest nashville fries even tho i asked for less spicy than 3. Made it home and cant go back in this triple digit weather.... i dont think we got understood ?

Wasn't busy ( like 2 people before me in line) but took over 20mins to get food. It seems like they prioritize online orders over in person orders. This has happened every time I've been here. Not likely to return.

I used to come here pretty regular. I have some family over we had a pretty big order. Spent about 250 bucks. We had one chicken sandwich that came burnt. We called to get a refund on the one sandwich. We sent a picture of the burnt sandwich and spoke with the manager. And the owner would not reimburse us for the one sandwich. Very disappointed will never spend a dime in this place again!
