The service was HORRIBLE due to
My husband and our kids went to this restaurant & they wanted to separate our party into different tables… After my husband asked if we could sit with our kids we got told No very rude multiple times by the same medium sized woman with fair skin & black long hair in a ponytail. She was so incredibly rude and wouldnt stop talking back to my husband and I after every sentence. Everytime she & a bald guy would say “Would you not like our service?” All we were asking was to sit with our family even merge two tables together… my husband literally said “ I just want to sit with my children”
Then as soon as we sat down at a separated table with our food a table was available that could fit us with our kids so i asked if we could move there and she said “You guys already sat down” & “Im going to sit these other people there” Which were a white young couple THAT HAD JUST ARRIVED. My husband was wearing his Mexico shirt so I don’t know if that had something to do with it & it was that type of problem… But we had been there for a long time since the line for the food since it took forever. Due to the lack of unprofessionalism & attitude, I decided we should just leave WITHOUT EATING and take our kids elsewhere.

The food is great if you like mongolian bbq. Mixing all the foods oils and spices is great, they have all you can eat and the price is great. Kids eat free too which is pretty amazing in my opinion, nothing is free these days.

I was exceptionally impressed by the taste of the noodles! 🍜 I wasn’t sure what I was walking into, but a kind server walked me through each step, and I really enjoyed the end result. The noodles were absolutely flavorful, and I highly recommend adding a scoop or two of each sauce — don’t question it, just do it! 🔥👌

Good food, I like that they give you soup and other apps at the table. Friendly staff every time I've went.

For the $20+ price tag I felt abused by the horrible service. It was my first time at that location and I couldn't believe the difference from other GKMB restaurants. They not only neglected any cleanup of the area my food was prepared, or any cleanup of the grill for anyone the entire time I was there. Mixing pork, chicken, beef and veggies as they swirled around the entire burned food encrusted grill, in a circle. I didn't even get my food grilled in the oils I selected. But the worse part was the grease gutter around the grill full of burned food they expertly raked there, cheating customers out of an already small meal. At other GKMB, they could hardly close the lid of the box. Not at this one. I just finished, and I'm still hungry.

This is one of my favorite locations! It's located in a cute strip mall with lots of shops around. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly. I go out of my way to visit this location anytime I'm in this area. You guys are the best!

the service was amazing (especially as a first time customer), but the food was simply not up to par. the noodles seemed over boiled and were soft like ramen noodles, the rice was dry and reminded me of hospital rice, the food was entirely bland despite me putting lots of sauce on it to try and prevent any flavorlessness, the grill was covered in burnt on grime, the food portions were small, and there weren't many options for things to add to your bowl. it tasted watered down and more like Panda Express than what you might expect of a Mongolian BBQ. food wasn't very good, but the atmosphere and service were pretty nice.

Ordered online for delivery and when I got my meal it was mostly noodles. I ordered a build your own with chicken, beef, and lots of veggies and got about 90% noodles. Very little meat and veggies. Not worth the money if you order online.

Good food. Need to add another server / chef due to how popular it away has a line at the cooking area.
