Rave for Gokazoku Ramen located in West Valley Mall. I usually go to Ramen 101 in Livermore, but after trying this local place, I can say that their tonkotsu broth is richer in taste and their noodles are more authentic compared to Ramen 101. Great especially during winter weather, hot ramen noodles with broth hits the spot đ

I been having their delusions food since the farmers market days. Best Tonkotsu Ramen Around! This spot absolutely blew me away. The tonkotsu broth is rich, creamy, and full of flavor â you can tell itâs been simmered for hours. The noodles have the perfect chew, the pork is tender and melts in your mouth, and all the toppings are super fresh. Service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the whole place feels welcoming. Hands down one of the best bowls of tonkotsu ramen Iâve ever had. Highly recommend!

Fantastic food and outstanding service! We chose to sit at the counter and couldnât have been happier. Our meals were served hot and promptly. Within a week, we dined here twice and thoroughly enjoyed our meals each time. The handmade noodles and fresh broths are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot.
Gonna become one of my go-to ramen place, If I want ramen for lunch, from now on. Tonkatsu is my favorite, the broth is flavorful and the noodles are cooked just right. This is with all toppings. EDIT: My new favorite is the Tantanmen Spicy Ramen. Not too spicy, more mild. But it hits the right spot. The Karaage on the side is also nice. Something that I always order. Makes for a nice on-the-go snack as well.

I asked the cashier what he recommends and he said the BBQ chicken teriyaki and the Tonkotsu Ramen were all he tried and was very good. I tried the chicken BBQ teriyaki bowl and it was delicious! The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The rice wasn't dry or burnt. The sauce wasn't too sweet. The owner was very polite and had a great smile. We sat near the cashier area where we saw how the cook station was ran. For a minute it didn't feel like we were at the Tracy Mall (lol). Next time, we are going to try their Tonkotsu Ramen. Thanks for the wonderful meal!
Finally tried Tonkotsu Ramen and I was delicious! I really appreciate the display of the food when I receive the food. The broth wasn't too salty and the Chashu pork was a great touch. Thank you for delivering excellent presentation for a decent meal!

Weâve ordered takeout from this spot twice in the past two weeks, and itâs quickly become our go-to ramen place. The staff is consistently warm and welcomingâboth times theyâve gone out of their way to make us feel appreciated.
The ramen is top-notch. Weâve tried the TanTanMen and the Tonkotsu, and both are rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Even my toddlers devoured the Tonkotsu with just noodles! And the gyoza? Absolutely killerâcrispy, savory, and now a must-order every time.
A special shout out to the staff for treating my 5-year-old like royaltyâsurprising him with a free karaage just for being âso nice and handsome.â That kind of kindness makes a difference.
This place has earned a permanent spot in our rotation.
