We catered food from them. Breakfast and lunch food was great. Very good service, we had pander pakoda, samosas, shahi paneer as some of the dishes on the menu. Everything went well, trustable and great service! Served great, staff is nice and on top of it.
I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes, but unfortunately, it was a total letdown. The service was poor, with a lack of communication from the staff—at one point, I was get any tissue paper and no spoon! The atmosphere was even worse; the air conditioning wasn’t working, making the inside unbearably hot and suffocating. It felt like a sauna instead of a place to enjoy a meal.
The food did not live up to expectations either. The taste was bland, and nothing seemed fresh or flavorful. For a place that seemed promising at first, it was a huge disappointment.
I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning, and I suggest others think twice before wasting their time and money here
Absolutely Disappointed – Worst Indian Food Experience in the Bay Area
I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience here. Having lived in the Bay Area for over a decade, I’ve been lucky to try some truly excellent Indian restaurants – which made this experience all the more shocking.
We ordered a variety of dishes for pickup: Malai Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken, Goat Curry, and Tandoori Roti. To be blunt, not a single item was even remotely decent. Even the roti was dry, rubbery, and borderline inedible – something that’s usually hard to get wrong.
But the Butter Chicken really stood out – for all the wrong reasons. It was watery, bland, and lacked any of the rich, creamy flavor you’d expect. The Malai and Tandoori Chicken were dry and overcooked, and the Goat Curry was greasy with barely any flavor.
When I went to pick up the food, there was only one occupied table in the restaurant – something that now makes complete sense in hindsight.
What’s truly baffling is how this place has 500+ reviews with a 4.5-star rating. I honestly cannot reconcile my experience with those numbers. Either the quality has dropped dramatically, or I was extremely unlucky – Even a single star for this place is too much.
Save your money and appetite. With so many great Indian spots in the Bay Area, this place is simply not worth your time.
We ordered food from here based on the 4.5 rating, but don’t go by the ratings. Taste wise it’s a 1 rating. We had ordered chicken tandoori, goat curry, malai chicken and butter chicken. Tandoori was very bland, at least it was cooked well. Malai chicken was ok. Goat curry was ok as well nothing great. Butter chicken was worst, gravy was like kofta curry gravy kofta replaced with chicken. Would never order again from here. I am surprised how this restaurant is surviving, have been here 2-3 times and there’s no one ever in the restaurant. Just 1 table occupied out of 20 tables.
Malai chicken was very delicious and good service boy

Food is okay but service is very bad. They charged us for drinks almost triple the prices. Also the server did not give itemized bill even at the time of taking final payment. On asking for itemized bill, billed me for black label whereas I ordered red label. On askjng - server mentioned they charge the same for both the brands . Lol… that wasn’t declared at the time of ordering. CHEATERS!!!

I had an amazing experience at imperial spice ,tracy. The food was absolutely authentic and bursting with rich Punjabi flavors. The butter chicken was creamy and flavorful, and the tandoori items were perfectly charred with just the right spices. The naan was fresh and soft, complementing the curries perfectly

I stood at the entrance for 5 minutes, than took off. There was only one table at te time. If they can't handle more than one table, they shouldn't be in this business

By far my favorite place for Indian food. Their masala sauce is out of this world. I also really enjoy how friendly they are. If you’re in the area, give it a shot!!
