After being a 3 car line that actually took 20 min once I got to pay for my order they charged me for a meal I never ordered so they made a mistake re took my order with a attitude and had me park up front for 3 egg rolls

I ordered two singular food items, from the value menu, quite possibly the smallest items one could order. No one is in line…. At all. I am their only drive thru customer. They ask me to pull around to the front which is already crazy. I wait there for 15 minutes. My food finally comes out and it’s wrong. How does this even happen? That’s crazy

Showed up at this location around 11:15 pm On Wednesday night the 14th. The worker at the window did a fantastic job from communication, to service. He was apologetic for our food taking too long to come out (it didn't take long at all). That's the type of worker that should move up the chain, give him a Bonus or a Raise or even a promotion. Whatever the case is, that's the associate you want representing your store and to have that energy for a night shift is rare to find but it is a true gift when you do find it. I wish I asked his name but it slipped my mind. Regardless I already enjoyed this specific Jack location in comparison to other Jack locations from Tracy to Manteca. But this associate really sealed the deal on it being the go to Jack in the Box from the range of locations I just mentioned.

I visited Jack in the Box location in the mid night and placed my order at the drive-thru. I even repeated the order to make sure it was understood correctly, but when I received my food, the entire order was wrong.
I returned to the drive-thru to explain the issue, expecting it to be corrected. Instead of an apology or any effort to fix the mistake, the staff member I spoke with acted rude and defensive. She took my food back, and left me with nothing in return.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If someone is working in customer service, they should take responsibility for mistakes and aim to resolve them—not escalate the issue or leave the customer worse off.
Please address this with the staff involved and improve the training at this location. Customers deserve better service.

I love the food at this place. And the cashiers are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the time I have to wait for my food to be prepared. Sometimes I wait 30 minutes. That's too long. Patience runs out after 15 minutes.

Visited around 9 pm on a Sunday. Drive thru was quick. Only three vehicles ahead. The food was hot, and the window staff was pleasant.
