Horrible location man. 2nd time they messed something up on my order. This time they didn’t even give me the right order. The people taking orders half the time either not paying attention or don’t understand you. When the lines long they just be trying to get you out the way. Whoever owns this store, do better please. It’s not that hard to train your employees. At least make sure they know the difference between a cheese burger and a spicy chicken sandwich. Payed for a spicy chicken sandwich and 3pc egg roll, got a bag with a double cheese with no sauce and more sauce then food..

The Jack In The Box in Tracy is a decent fast food place. They have their own unique menu with savory burgers and sides. In my opinion, the prices are a little inflated at this spot (6 something for a small Oreo shake is questioning, at least for me). I'd go to In N Out instead but give this place a try if you really want a break from the other chains. 10/15 stars

I'm very sad to write this since im not one to leave reviews on places but this was just disappointing. I came back to home from a long shift at work in Pleasanton and I went to this jack in the box for some food, I ordered a large combo meal #14. I don't bother to check the food when it was given to me since I was used to the service they gave and trusted the food. When I got home I was so disappointed because my large curly fries were not large. Maybe they heard me wrong and thought I said small but I looked at my receipt and was charged a large fry. $15 dollars for that.

Dirty place, bad slow service, although the guy was friendly, he got our order totally wrong and we were charged for 3 items we didn't get, the other 4 were totally incorrect, didn't even order anything specific or change a lot from the menu normal. Disappointment especially after paying the bill of almost 60 dollars for 3 people!!!

I’m not one to review any places, but this place has had constant and recurring issues giving the correct order regardless of how many times i say what the order is. They have made the wrong order constantly for literal years, whether it’s the wrong fries, the wrong drink, the wrong sandwich, you quite literally never get what you ordered. It’s genuinely appalling.

I usually come here in the morning ,people in the shift charge different. And if i asked about the difference in price , the guy showed me a lot of attitude and asked me to come at 7 to talk to the manager about the issue . I think nobody is having the time to come twice to the place and i think people working in the team should be aware of the correct charges. I do have the receipts for both cases.

This place is the most trashiest jack in the box ive ever been too. They deserve not even one star. Half of our order was literally not in the bag, AND they still charged us. They didn’t even fill 1 of the fries all the way. Everyone do not go here unless you want your order to be messed up and the lady at the drive thru to not know how to speak to her customers properly.
Worst service ever. The workers don’t know how to listen whatsoever and they do not even know how to pack orders right. Me and my family were missing 1 sandwich and 2 fry’s, and spending $60 just to not get our full order is insane. Everyone that works there is dumb.

I’m a delivery driver so I deal with the night crew often and I have nothing but bad things to say. They’re so unprofessional and RUDE. I have so much more to say but I’ll just leave it at that. They’re disrespectful and treat people horribly and it’s not right. I won’t be accepting orders nor eating at your establishment anymore.

I asked for the small meals with curly fries and they charged me for a medium then when I complained about it they switched it but ended up giving us baby cokes when that’s not the regular size for a small meal. Also they didn’t even give me curly fries when I payed the extra charge for them. They got mad at me for their mistakes and I wasn’t even mean about it. Not okay, bad experience overall, going to the one on Tracy blvd instead now.
