This place is the most trashiest jack in the box ive ever been too. They deserve not even one star. Half of our order was literally not in the bag, AND they still charged us. They didn’t even fill 1 of the fries all the way. Everyone do not go here unless you want your order to be messed up and the lady at the drive thru to not know how to speak to her customers properly.

Worst service ever. The workers don’t know how to listen whatsoever and they do not even know how to pack orders right. Me and my family were missing 1 sandwich and 2 fry’s, and spending $60 just to not get our full order is insane. Everyone that works there is dumb.

I’m a delivery driver so I deal with the night crew often and I have nothing but bad things to say. They’re so unprofessional and RUDE. I have so much more to say but I’ll just leave it at that. They’re disrespectful and treat people horribly and it’s not right. I won’t be accepting orders nor eating at your establishment anymore.

Horrible new employees. I asked for the small meals with curly fries and they charged me for a medium then when I complained about it they switched it but ended up giving us baby cokes when that’s not the regular size for a small meal. Also they didn’t even give me curly fries when I payed the extra charge for them. They got mad at me for their mistakes and I wasn’t even mean about it. Not okay, bad experience overall, going to the one on Tracy blvd instead now.

Just moved to the area.. went twice.. 1st time was trash.. second time was horrible.. this is the worst jack in the box I've ever went to.. my husband went late night.. didn't even want to eat it.. he literally spit everything out.. Service is horrible.. waste of time and money.. you guys need to do something about this.. even the McDonald's taste better across the street.. 😒

Curly fries and spicy chicken sandwich number 14 has been an always favorite here. Though the food gets ready a bit slower cos it always has a long wait in drive thru when compared to MCD, yet the food quality is great

Unfortunately, another bust of a visit..you would think with all the fast food competition you would do what it takes to keep a customer to return..but oh no, not this jack in the box..I could not believe they were ok serving the food that they gave me!! THE TACOS WERE DRIPPING IN WHAT LOOKED LIKE AGED GREASE..I honestly thought the bottom of my taco paper sleeve was lettuce but it was all grease!!..by the time I got home all the grease penetrated throught the sleeve, napkins and paper bag!!..Don't these stores get audited?..How do the stay in business?..another fast food chain that lost another customer..what a huge disappointment and a poor example of management...
