Walked in, every employee was sitting at a table. A person walked in whom looked exactly like them, was talked to first; Even though we were there first. Sadly, it's to be expected with places run like this. I miss the old employees. These ones even left a mess at the table area. Also I observed several visitors walk in and back out because no one was at the counter. Lastly we talked to a drive-through customer who had to walk in, because his food was not being served. This should be investigated

I was very disappointed in Jack this visit! After work me and a couple co workers went though drive thur and we ordered repeated order and when we got to window paid and drove to park my order was all wrong. I don’t like cheese and everything I ordered had cheese! Went back though and was given attitude from the drive-through worker it was a woman. now when my coworkers say that stop at Jack-in-the-Box I said that’s fine but not this one get it together people
Parking: Parking lot had only 2 cars in it plenty of parking
At this location you will get fresh food cooked to order I've only received old tacos twice and cold french fries once . Out of the 20 times I have gone here
Our go-to for milkshakes on the drive back to Manteca. Shakes are thick with a fat straw.

I'm pretty disappointed in this place. I stopped by the drive thru today before work to get something quick. I thought the drive-thru would be the most convenient way to go. I get there, I wait about a minute at the drive-thru before my order is taken. Then I pull up to the window and wait about 5 minutes before they take my card to process the payment. I get my card back....and wait 3 minutes. At this point it's getting late for me and I have to make it to work. I ended up leaving without getting my food (4 tacos). I pretty much paid and didn't get my food. Mind you I was the only vehicle at the drive-thru.

Went by this location on Sunday April 28th between 1 pm or 1:30pm through drive thru. There was another vehicle ahead of me and it drove off. I get to the speaker and no one answers waited for a minute then drove to window to see why no one answered. Once at window I can see a cashier with a headset on and didn’t bother to acknowledge me. Didn’t even bother to come to window to take order or say anything. Will never patronize this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would.
Food was good. lady at register was GREAT. Place could of been cleaner.
