What is happening with the cheese?? It was so thick today!What makes a Jersey sub? The thinnest sliced cold cuts. The cheese should be so thin you can almost see through it, and seems as much like lardo as it does cheese. It makes the mouth feel and the taste significantly better.This location USED to slice their cheese properly. Visited today and it was totally different. Thick slices! Not a Jersey style sub. Did not taste right. PLEASE SHARPEN THE SLICER or whatever you need to do.

Super disappointed lately with Jersey Mike's! I had a free one today, clearly that's why they put no meat in the sandwich and always get my bread wrong! I've had it. I mean seriously look at it I ordered the Rosemary bread don't even get that and there's like barely any chicken on my sandwich at all so I had to eat the inside which was like hardly anything besides peppers and cheese. Such a waste of money even if it was free I paid for my husband's. And it's always when I leave a tip! And I literally thought to myself if I leave a tip they're going to screw it up and sure enough they do every time! You need to teach your employees how to read and not be so chancy with the meat. Even Subway gives you more meat than this! Looks like Charlie's is the place to go for cheesesteaks anymore.

The 3 employees that were working on 11/29 at 6 were so helpful and patient! I’m 9 months pregnant and had 2 kids for me and they were so helpful. They made our food fast and had smiles the whole time!! Thank you so much!

Victor & Vanessa are amazing! I came in for dinner after work & their service, smiles and sandwich making skills were all I needed to end the night! I tried a Calli club and it is delicious. The sandwich that I had tonight was one of the best I've ever had. Also, this location is one of my favorites. I appreciate companies hiring good service. It makes everything so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this location!!

I went here for lunch as I had seen it driving home from Costco and had started seeing their commercials pop on YouTube. So I tried their Chipotle Cheese Steak sandwich (Regular size) on white bread and I got my wife the Original Italian (Regular size) on parmesan bread. I was bit disappointment with the steak in my sandwich as it was difficult to tell whether it was steak or chicken. I didn't get very much of the chipotle flavor came through. If chipotle is an important part of the sandwich I would hope that the flavor would shine a bit and seeing how chipotle is part of the name of the sandwich I was disappointed that I didn't get much if any chipotle flavor while enjoying my sandwich. My wife enjoyed her sandwich with the exception of the vinegar and would have wished they had something like a creamy garlic spread. Service was friendly and inviting. The restaurant was nice and clean.
