My wife just ordered 8pcs of chicken in a bucket. When she got home she found one drum stick that is like a half piece already, probably due for cooking. I called the Customer Service in Tracy and asking for the manager. I told her of what I am complaining for. She told me that she is alone and she is the assistant manager. Then suddenly she told me to hold on but she put down the phone. I tried to call back again but nobody answers my call. I like KFC and always eating inside or by drive thru . The only thing that I called is to tell them to give a good chicken. There must be a qualify Inspector around to show the Customer that they are there for the satisfaction of the Customer. Every drive thru Customer does not have time to check the contents of the one they ordered. We are assuming that the one we ordered are correct.

The place was okay there the lady didn't know how to take an order or she was not allowed to take an order so waited till someone their kinda of slow supposed to be fast food it's more like slow

I think the service was great, i cant remember her name but the cashier lady was very nice and caring and helped us look at the menu, and the food was very good too. Super fresh and delicious, especially the lemon cake

We ordered the spicy chicken wings and fries, which were fire!!!... The food was cooked fresh, flavorful, and still was hot when we got home. They would've gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude old white lady taking the orders at the window. She rushed us while we were deciding. Then had the audacity to say, " how many chicken wings do you want?". Then when we gave our answer she replied back with, "oh no we couldn't possibly make u 8 wings". Unnecessary with her comments and disrespectful to the customer.

This place doesn't deserve a star. I would give it a zero if I had that option. I ordered an 8-piece meal. The cashier gave me a large bag. At a quick glance, I noticed two mashed potatoes, instead of one mash and a large fries. Since it was all bagged, I let it go and ordered a separate large fries and requested butter and honey for the biscuits. When got home, and opened the bag, I noticed the biscuits were missing, the fries were only halfway filled, and soggy. This is the second time that they screwed up my order. I'm done with this place. I just hope the owner reads all of the reviews and does something about it. Until then, I'll find somewhere else.

Waited another 10 min, went inside and was ignored no one at window. 3 people working . ToldThree people here for my order. StillWorking on it ! Then when finally got order askedWhere napkins were , replied over there, went and grabbed some. Then asked where is the stuff to eat with , was told read sign. I replied I read this at window and said I need it all! Took her timeTo grab 3 forks, looked in bag no condiments ! Again took a few minutes toHand me !! Worst shitty service ever , food wasn't even fresh !!! Threw in bag looked like a kids schoolMeal . Cost me 47.00 , don't go there . They don't care !

I got a 12 piece family combo and it was good! The lady taking our order was really nice. I don't know why there's so many bad reviews. People never happy and complain about everything even over them not getting sauces on their order.. have you ever thought of asking for them? anyways the place looked clean, food was really good, and employees were nice.

This KFC / A&W on Grant Line I've just had about enough of. Over the years they constantly screw up your order. At least they always do when I go. I swear you can't order more than one thing without them messing up. No matter the employees neither because it's not just one person. It's the whole operation. The food isn't even that good i don't know why my family goes back to this dump. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Enough is enough this place needs to just go imo.
