Authentic all you can eat vegetarian feast (sadya/sadhya) was served for our group. Every single item tasted authentic and great! Highly recommend this place for catering your Onam/Vishu Sadya. All items were freshly prepared by the chef/owner, and tasted great!!
Hands down the best Kerala food I’ve had in the US. It’s inside a grocery store, but don’t let that fool you — the food is legit. We came all the way from Santa Clara and it was 100% worth it. Porottas were soft and flaky, shrimp roast was amazing, beef fry and chicken roast were packed with flavor. Appam and chicken curry were on point too. The chef was super friendly — had a great chat with him. If you’re craving real Kerala food, this is the spot.
We went today with 6 of our friends. Hands down the best Kerala food in the bay and the closest to Kerala food.
Highly recommend the beef fry, beef ularthiyathu, chicken roast and prawns roast.
We had a great time and took us down a memory lane when we got food that matched the taste of our gods own country.
Good food Great service and real nice people. Price was reasonable. Tea was delicious

There prices are outrageous and insane. Whether its speciality food or straight from heaven, their prices do not justify the food quality and the ambience.

It's a great experience. In a few words I would say quality over quantity enjoyed every bit of the meal. Definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I got the goat biryani the first time I've been to this restaurant and it was good enough for me get some a second time.
Well I felt insulted the second time because they gave me 4 dinosaur bones and sprinkled the rice on top of it. That's like telling me, but not telling me, you don't want my business.
I couldn't scope the darn rice because the bones were so big.

This spot is nestled inside Kovalam Indian Groceries, cleverly set apart yet within the store. We opted for Masala Fried Chicken, Fish Fry, Goat Peralan served with Kerala Porotta and Idiyappam, and Chicken Biryani. While the Masala Fried Chicken was flavorful, it seemed to have artificial coloring added, which could be skipped. The Fish Fry was marinated and cooked to perfection. Trying the Goat Peralan was a delightful surprise; the masala was particularly tasty. Goat is partly chewy, it would have been better softer. The Kerala Porotta was a bit greasy. The Chicken Biryani, adorned with dry fruits and nuts, leaned towards a sweeter side, but the accompanying pickle was a highlight. Definitely don't miss the pickle—it's fantastic. Overall, the meal was delicious but a bit oily, with oil seeping onto our plates. It might be worth considering reducing the oil usage. It’s self service style, you order and pick it up and take to your table. Also, note that there aren’t high chairs for kids at this restaurant.

I brough a tapioca biriyani from here. It was supposed to be beef and tapioca biriyani. But there was only bone instead of meat in it. It was not at all worth for $21.
