Third time coming here, place was pretty good, the molcajetes are hit and miss depending on what you get ( I don’t like their red tomato sauce ), the yellow sauce is really good it may be a little spicy for some, but definitely recommend it.

Went to this location today, want to start off by saying Isaac ( I believe that was his name- I was a lil buzzed jaja) Did a good job hosting a party of 12 on his own. Los Altos did not disappoint.. as always the food was hella good. No kids menu, cheese quesadilla for the win Jaja..We went on a Wednesday afternoon, location had plenty of seating.no wait time, plenty of parking, music was a good level, waiter/mixologist was super cool and chill, he answered all questions and made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back… Big Guy approved✅

Margarita was awful. Service was slow, forgot our chips and guacamole. When we got bill, got overcharged for 1 margarita and 1 beer. Music was too loud.We will not be going back here.

Disappointed, this place was once good when I first found it, then slowly started falling off... i went in to get my usual and they did not notify me that they had changed the recipe so i spent nearly 30 bucks for two fish tacos and a beer, then left there disappointed and hungry from only eating 1 of 2 tacos... there asada is also not the same as before, sad to see somewhere that was once good go down due to poor management

Under new management. Met with an old friend to catch up and enjoy the evening. Note: 2 menus - must ask (they will not give it to you) for menu #1. Menu 2 is EXPENSIVE. I mean CRAZY EXPENSIVE. Must ask for chips and salsa and will only get 2 small servings. Drinks are expensive, but wanted to have a good time and reasonably happy ordering with menu # 1. Unfortunately, all of a sudden, they turned the music up so loud, we could not talk? Ask if they could turn it down a bit and no was the answer. Again, really tried to make it work, but left (would have ordered probably 2 more rounds of expensive drinks and more food…). Unfortunate.

This place is too loud, they never have what they say in the menu, and the service is too slow, hoping they close down and give the space to some actual restaurant. and btw EXTREMELY LOUUD!!!!

The lady waiting tables works really hard. The place is really expensive but honestly save your money and try some place else. The food is lacking flavor.
The food is fresh and very good here. Favorites are the shrimp tacos and aguachile verde.
Nice and roomy restaurant with great music.

The food is horrible, we ordered a plate of shrimp, they tasted horrible, all frozen and super spicy, you couldn't really eat it.... The worst service I have ever had ? The atmosphere, the music that is too loud, hurts the ears instead of enjoying it, it is annoying. NOT FAMILY
THE WORST THE TICKET WAS FOR 125.OO AND THEY CHARGED ME 176.25 The tip was charged without my consent THEY ARE RATTLEERS

The food is good here, however the service here is not up to standard how it should be. Food takes forever to come out and the servers hardly check up on people. Have to call them to you. One time I ordered a soup here and it didn’t arrive till we were done eating the rest of our food. Rn we wanted some guacamole and chips to start out and it’s been about 25 mins…
