I drove in to get a coffee and dropped 2 Quarters wrapped up in a dollar and the girl asked me to pick it up which I couldn't because I couldn't open my door! So I backed up the drive through because she would not finish the sale because the quarters fell outside on the ground. I didn't get out of there until 13 min later. Coffee was cold...and I will NEVER GO BACK. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE . I could not believe it!!

My double double tasted great. They added the extras because I asked and the burger was nice and hot fries were nice and hot. No problem with the food or service they were kind and the atmosphere place was clean. It wasn’t crowded no wishes everything was great.

Is the worst McDonald's don't ever go to this place? They try to put your sugar in your coffee cause they won't put it in a cup on the side and I'll argue with you for 5 minutes why they can't do it.

There is two McDonald's on 11th st when we want to hit up McDonald's we always ho to the one by Walgreens even tho this one is right by our house because the drive thru here sucks either the order is messed up takes to long and alot of the time they tell you to go park so they can bring it out to us we ain't ordering nothing crazy just basic stuff yeah so the food is good it's just the drive thru we ain't feeling
I might be a bit biased when reviewing this place. I only do drive thru and order pretty much the same thing. Large coffee 8 cream and 8 sugar (down to 2 now) and their breakfast sandwich. Consistent quality every single time. Now that I learn how to use the apps makes it even better. Traditional McDo quality of food and service provided by this store. Just loving it.

I went through the drive-thru on my bike and waited almost 5 minutes with no one taking my order. I finally went up to the window, only to be told they don’t take orders from people on bikes. There were no signs or warnings about this. Instead of being helped or given an explanation, I was just ignored until I approached the window myself. Terrible service and lack of consideration for people who don’t drive cars. If you don’t serve cyclists, at least put up a clear sign and don’t leave people waiting. Not coming back to this location.
