Put in a mobile well before showing up. Noted that I was there. Sat at the drive through for 5 mins, then four cars came and my order wasn't taken. After yelling and hunking someone finally came on the monitor. At the window I was told they thought someone else was doing the line. Oh of course you guessed it. What was asked next for me to park. What is the point of a mobile order.
This isnt the first time this has happened, but before was understandable and I am reasonable but this step by step layer by layer of the process was ridiculous. This place needs to do better.
After reading reviews about this place. I can certainly say with experience and realistic feedback. The one star ratings are legit about this location.
