Worst location in all of Tracy California. They forgot two of my items the first order and then completely messed up the next order. Had to call corporate because nobody at the store picked up. Finally got a call from one of the managers days later telling me that I could come in and get a cash refund. Come in to get the refund and get told they can only remake a few items. Go to either of the 11th McDonald’s. Esella needs to go back to managerial customer service training

We came drive thru to order food we have waited for 5 minutes to place the order no body was responded so we ran to pay counter and told our order to the person she was very rude and needs to change her behavior

Ordered for curbside pickup. Waited out front for 40 min. Finally went in, and they said they didn’t have my order. Showed it on my phone screen, then they found it sitting to the side and tried to give it to me ice cold. Had to ask for them to remake it, seems crazy to have someone wait so long then hand them old food.
And the new indoor layout is god awful. They don’t staff the register as they want everyone to use the kiosk. Which is fine, but at least keep an eye out for the register. If you need to go in because they forgot something in your order you can’t even get anyone to the counter to help you for 10-20 minutes literally every time. If you go in it feels like no one is working “the front.” Prices are through the roof and there isn’t even anyone to serve you or correct problems. Go to literally any other location if at all possible.

The staff is horrible, also they stop giving thr monopoly cups on a large drinks since the middle of October, when the promotion still going on, manager in charge was rude, drive thru guy has no idea of what he was doing.
There staff in lazy day time they should be fast because of them everyone gets late and they didn’t give my full order to me no receipt
