I stopped ordering from Milano's a few months ago because I found Staples and hair in my pizza, but then I heard they were under new ownership, so I ordered again. Today, AGAIN, I found black hair about 2 inches long and a piece of plastic in my pizza.

Worst experience I've ever had at a pizza joint. I paid $87 dollars for the worst pizza I have ever had in my life, to say I would have been better off eating frozen pizza. The service was terrible and the food was bad, not sure how this place managed to get four stars. In my opinion this is at most a 1 star pizza joint.

Absolutely amazing food and customer service! Came in about 10 almost 11 with my boyfriend, the employees were very polite and helpful. The food was cooked perfectly, we got three pepperoni slices and they were so much bigger than I planned. Even better :) 10/10 experience!
