Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. But, everything is cooked on the same griddle so expect some level of cross contamination.
Parking: Free and abundant parking
Kid-friendliness: Great families with kids of all ages. Greta place to come get brunch on the weekends or dinner on the weekdays.
Wheelchair accessibility: Great for mobility challenges people. Lots of options for seating. No stairs so no ramp needed.

Takes them 1000 years to fullfill orders, I ordered a milkshake and have been standing here for 40 minutes the food is not worth the wait at all I promise you
It would make no sense for anyone to buy from McDonald's or Burger King when this place is around better food 10x over and the same price

I had high hopes going in, but the burgers were meh and so were the onion rings. I spent $40 and I felt like I was ripped off. Wouldn't ever go back.

It was freezing cold in there, and it was very hard to enjoy my bacon cheese burger . I asked if they could do something about it, and the clerk said it had to be that cold, and she did nothing to try and fix it . Every person that came in complained. Some even left ?
