I expected fresher meat patties. The patties tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for too long. It was dry. The rest of the burger was good and sides were okay.

Terrible. Ordered a grilled ham and cheese, got home 5mins later, opened it up and there sog fest! The bread wasn't grilled, it was drenched in butter + the mayo = yuck! The ham and egg was burned! I might right the BBB on them! Stay away... The one in Hayward and SF are the best...
