I’ve had numerous versions of Hawaiian food, different restaurants, such as this one different locations, but today was absolutely the worst attempt to Katsu
I’ve ever had the breading fell off, never had to catch where the breading falls off the oil tasted old. I could taste it in the chicken. The rice was a big giant glob. Don’t get me wrong. I like sushi rice, but I don’t like snowball sushi, rice, the size of a tangerine. And a half ahead of cabbage to hide the fact it’s only one piece of chicken cutlet for a regular order when it should be two only a mini has a single piece of cutlet.

Food was excellent, service was fast and friendly (they were even patient with my 37 year old autistic son). However, the roof is leaking pretty bad and the store should fix that immediately. Water was getting on almost every table.

After a two year hiatus, I must say that the food here is quick and good for the money. Portions are good. One of their employees in particular went above and beyond while cleaning the seating area and stocking the drink refrigerator, to go above and beyond to make sure our group was comfortable and enjoying our meal: thank you Joanna.

Fast service but the server/cashier seems disconnected with the customer as if she's doing me a favor of taking my order. Price were reasonable enough and my wife like the macaroni salad for which I told her that she can buy a tub of that in winco.
Spam wasn't the real spam. Some generic brand. Texture and taste. Plus wasn't grilled long enough. Should've said burn it, probably get well done... Wish there was outside dining. Other stuff on menu is pretty good. 4 out of 5
The service was impressively quick and efficient! I was in and out in no time, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. And the Kalbi short ribs, rice and macaroni were delicious.

Beware of takeout or deliver! Something is always missing. Macaroni salad is one of the best side dishes, the family loves it, so I always add extra to add to the family meal purchase. Last night, they forgot to pack it, again. It seems they’re always missing an item as it’s not the first instance. DoorDash gave us a credit, but the family was disappointed because there wasn’t more that we anticipated.
