I had a very disappointing experience at Panda Express Tracy California. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. On top of the long wait, when I finally received my food, the portion sizes were incorrect and noticeably smaller.
There was no explanation or apology for the delay, and the issue with the portions made the experience even more frustrating. I expect better consistency and customer service from a place like Panda Express. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations.

This Panda had non stop fresh food the time your in line you can see the dishes being refilled. Love this Panda and doesn't over due it on cabbage for chow mein. It's a perfect mix.

Food is ordered. 30 min later its ready per sms message. Go stand in line for another 10+- min to get your food. You have a bunch of people loitering (mostly doordash delivery guys) at the online section while the workers are ignoring your presence. By the time you get your food, its cold and your p.o'd. Then if they forget part of your order, then you have to go through that cycle all over again... NO THANKS! Food is not the same and the cost is up! NO MORE.

I ordered La carte Carry out containers, for items. These MoFo, put it in plate boxes. Didn’t give me what I ordered I ordered a LARGE honey prawn, shrimps. They put it in the plate boxes mix with sesame chicken all I ordered was container was orange chicken, honey prawn and chowmein.! Mind u a large honey prawn was is 19bucks! Never again…. This was take out to!
