Papa John's pizza is a pizza staple that is always good for the price! There wasn't anything amazing g about this brNch, but the pizza was exactly what we expected to get!!!!

I ordered a large one topping pizza that is half cheese pizza and half olives. The pizza that was made was literally half pizza with pizza sauce and no cheese on top. Other half cheese with olives. Complained came back now to half all cheese pizza with other half of the pizza only with olives and no cheese. I told them why is thus way some how in their mind that is what it means not allCheese pizza. I always ordered pizza other places and always got half cheese one side other one topping with cheese. For this reason not happy.

I placed an online order (1093003006) on December 1, 2023 at 6:51pm. Shortly after, I received an email confirmation with a pizza tracker link with an estimated delivery time 45 min or 7:33pm. At 7:15pm I checked the tracker and I showed that my order was "on the way." 15 minutes later (approx 7:30pm), I checked the tracker again and the order said "delivered." I checked my front door and nothing was delivered. I called Papa John's in Tracy, CA at 7:40pm and asked for an ETA. I told the gentleman on the phone that the tracker said "delivered." The person on the phone told me that I should wait a few more minutes. I waited 20 more minutes and still no delivery. I called back and told the gentleman that I would like to cancel the order as it had been over an hour and I still did not have my order. He seemed shocked that my order still did not arrive and told me that he would have his manager give me a call to resolve the issue. At 8:56pm the manager called to explain that they used a "DoorDash" driver to deliver my order and that I would have to call DoorDash customer service for my refund. I explained to the manager that I did not use doordash to order my pizza. I ordered my pizza from Papa John's! The manager call me that they use a third party service because they are shorthanded with drivers. I told him that that was not my fault that I had ordered from Papa John's not door dash and I was dealing with them not another company. The answer then told me that he would do his best to call the customer service number and get back to me. About 20 minutes later he called back and told me that the DoorDash driver has left our pizza at our back door? We don't even have a back door! We have a garage door at the rear of our house and the front door on the other side of the house. There is no "back door." He told me not to worry that he would do the refund. I told him I had never had so much trouble ordering a pizza in my entire life. He apologized and tried to explain that it's not his fault but in fact DoorDash is to blame. I disagreed because it wasn't DoorDash I had ordered from. It was Papa John's. If Papa John's chooses to use a third party to deliver their pizza and they fail, that is not the third party's problem, it's Papa John's. In the end the manager was able to refund my order but that was it. Nothing for the trouble and just a bunch of excuses and pointing the finger at door dash for this mistake. I'm sorry Papa John's but this was my last straw. I want no longer be ordering from you.

Worst pizza in the San Joaquin county. They got my order wrong and added pepperonis to the crust of my pizza (I'm a vegetarian since birth). $40 for 1 pizza and 1 side, insane!Instantly vomited. Absolute trash food. Avoid at all costs.

Honestly always had good things to say but as of recent they hired some weird worker because 30 minutes before closing "were not taking phone orders this late". They closed at 9 i called at 8:33. Before i had a lady who would always take my orders sometimes even as late as 8:50. Now they hired some lazy worker who's scared of making pizzas. That "employee" just ruined it all for me! Thanks but no more..

Came from out of town on business with two of my associates. I had heard of Papa John's but I've never ate there. They had just opened up when we had arrived. The place was very clean and bright. The waitress named Heaven was very polite. With so many toppings to choose from, we couldn't decide on which one to get. Heaven helped us with our half and half pizza order. And within 15 minutes our pizza was done. Originally we were going to get it to go. However it smelled so good we sat down and ate it right then.We all agreed that the ingredients were fresh the crust was unbelievable and the pizza was hot and very tasty.I would highly recommend Papa John's. You won't be disappointed in the selection of toppings, or the service.

I ordered the works and my pizza looked like it barely had anything on it. I pointed out there was no pepperoni and they said they would make a new one. The new one looked like the old one with pepperoni on top. The guy said it was fresh. Wtf!! And he acted like I was wrong. It was cold by the time I got home. So disappointed.
