Almost every time I have ordered from the location in Tracy, CA, I have had to call and correct sonething. I have had hour late orders, no drinks delivered, soggy pizzas, completely wrong ordered... Today, I ordered a Garden Fresh pizza, and it came with no tomatoes. When I called, she said that she would take my name, and give me 50% off my next order. If I could do no stars I would! BUYER BEWARE!!! The order took 30 minutes over the estimated time to get the pizzas to some hard-working guys that had worked 13 hours straight. After all that it wasn't even correct. Called the store to see if they could fix a $7 problem and I got excuse after excuse. Called store. Girl that answered was very rude! Was told manager would call but never did. Now here we are almost 3 months after the incident waiting to hear back from corporate....read full review

I ordered a regular cheese pizza 30 minutes in advance and once the app said it was ready I drove to the store and they still didnt have my order ready. Ended up wasting a whole hour and a half on just getting a regular cheese pizza. Really disappointed and I dont think Ill be giving them a second chance anytime soon.
