Sold spoiled Biryani. I ordered chicken dum biryani on Firday 15-Nov-2024 at 5:30 PM but they served spoiled biryani which might be previous day’s. I feel dejected as a customer. Not sure if I can sue them but I dont have clear evidence. Paradise tracy should stop this immediately.

I just ordered garlic naan, but it tastes more like garlic paratha than naan. When I called to inform them, they didn’t seem to care, kept me waiting, and then disconnected the call. Disappointing experience!

second visit and another unpleasant experience, rude reception lady, the place thinks its fine dining but actually lower mediocre in standards. only one guy running the floor, serving food first and plates after following with water cups served in plastic. Food is low par compared to dublin & sunnyvale location

Cashier lady is very rude. Food is great but the rudeness creates a negative atmosphere. Stay away or order to go.
The owner should change front desk staff because the rudeness will turn away many customers even though the food tastes great.

The food was delicious and perfect as could be. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced anywhere! Even fast food restaurants have better service. The restaurant closes at 10pm, we arrived at 9pm, yet the girl at the counter told us dining is closed. They need an hour to clean the empty tables apparently.
We proceeded despite the extreme rude behavior. Our food arrived on time and tasted awesome, but we had to request water, which is expected for most places. The counter girl's rudeness continued. She had the nerve to tell us to hurry up because the restaurant is going to close in 5 minutes. She was not courteous but rude in every interaction.
Management should hire people with customer service skills, not rude cashiers.
If you're looking for a place with decent customer service, avoid this place or get your food to go. We only stayed because of the food. Otherwise, we would have left immediately.
