Absolutely unacceptable experience. Came for lunch with a friend and ordered pho with filet mignon on the side. My friend is not Asian and doesn’t eat food like this often, so he wasn’t sure what was okay or not. The order came out wrong, which was fine at first, but everything went downhill after that. One server completely ignored us when we tried to get his attention — he was right there and chose to pretend we didn’t exist. Another server brought out raw beef but refused to bring hot broth to properly cook it, even though our pho was no longer hot. I overheard staff discussing that they didn’t want to give us hot soup while my friend was literally trying to eat raw, undercooked beef. It was disgusting to watch and honestly shocking that the staff allowed this to happen. Only after I directly showed them how raw the beef was did they finally bring hot broth.
One server ignored us entirely, another denied us hot broth to cook raw beef, and only a third server actually took us seriously. I regret not taking a picture because it was disturbing to watch my friend try to eat meat that was clearly unsafe. The lack of care, communication, and basic food safety was completely unacceptable.

We placed am order the phone. There must have been an error or issue when arriving where the staff prompted me to wait longer. Understandable, issues happen, nothing we can do but wait.
Upon receiving our order, the shrimp pork spring rolls were missing the shrimp. We've already drove off and the wait alone was enough for our patience.
The food was tasty and I would try them again. And double check the food containers upon receiving.

I’m not going to destroy their reputation because they do have good food but this visit that I had wasn’t the greatest visit, I placed an order over the phone and they told me 15 minutes. I gave them a nice cushion and once I arrived, I told them I was there to pick up my order and one of the workers was carrying my bag looking around didn’t even ask me if I had a pick up order or not. I was just sitting there looking like a dummy. And then she proceeds to tell me yeah your order has been ready. I feel maybe she was scared to ask What I ordered. But just genuinely felt like nobody wanted to hand me my order

We’ve been here a bunch and the food is great. But todays service was alright. We had ordered spring rolls but the server forgot about them. No one asked us if we needed anything the entire time we were there. Kind of felt ignored. Just sat us and took our order, forgot an item, and only talked to us again after the meal when giving us our check. Normally I would say something, but I really wanted to see if they were going check on us throughout the meal. Sadly, that didn’t happen. Again, the food is great but today’s service wasn’t as good as it normally is. So still 3 stars for me but was easily 4-5 stars before today.

Nicer place since they expanded, but service is downright awful. They charged a mandatory 15% large party fee for 4 adults and one 5 year old. Seemed a little presumptuous. One dish ordered was a grilled pork chop with shredded pork and over hard eggs. Didn’t get that, and they tried to convince me to accept what they served me… wasn’t even close. When they brought the dish out, they were runny eggs. Told the waiter and he just shrugged and walked away. I would not have tipped except they had the mandatory 15%.

The soup broth was really good. The rice wrap on the shrimp spring roll wasn't as fresh as the inside, the shrimp, noodle and veg was great. Plenty to try on the menu and the service was really good. Really nice place.
