I dont review much but here we go.Ordered online, so everything was in black and white with no communication issues. They went to wrong address. Pizza ended up being Luke warm. Missing all of my add on toppings. Also, missing one of my 2 liters. I call, what a nightmare. Back and forth with the lady and she didn't understand anything I was trying to tell here. 10min later Manager gets on, also the delivery guy who I tipped. After another 5min he said he would be here in 15-20min with replacement pizza and 2 liter. Well 1 hour later now no items and no call. Used to be one of my go to spots. Will never go here again. Didn't even offer a partial refund or coupons. Avoid this spot. Local spot downtown is well worth the extra few bucks!Update: called the driver directly after this post. I was told "I had other deliveries and I will come soon". So take my money provide bad service and compound it by not making it a priority to fix your mistake. He spoke to me like it was my fault and I will get it when I get it. So a total of 2 hours from when I placed the order.One more update: so manager/delivery drive drops pizza off at door step, no knock or anything. Hilariously everything was wrong again.Reaction to cooporate response below:Well, thanks for your response Robin. But the address that I allegedly wrote in wrong was literally right around the corner. And it being late had nothing to do with my writting a review, as if that was the only issue I would not have wasted my time writing a review and accepted I may have been at fault. But in your response you did a great job of NOT addressing any other issue I stated.

Ever since new owner service and food is horrible. Do not get your pizza from Pizza Guys Tracy location. More expensive too.
We have always ordered pizza from Pizza Guys in Tracy for our catering needs ; we have a large number of people, and pizza is always delivered on time hot, fresh, great quality (even late at night!!! Robin, the owner, is amazing responding to all the questions and help us plan for our large events.This time we ordered the pasta from their catering menu and it did not disappoint!!!!! People didn’t believe it came from a pizza place:) Pasta was perfectly cooked, not mushy at all, sauce was tasty, the little bits of oregano on top gave it a great flavor! Tasted home made!! It comes with garlic bread, but we ordered some extra because it’s so good!!!!Thank you again for a wonderful meal!

Been ordering from Pizza Guys in Tracy for many years. Latest order, Large pizza arrives with literally 1 piece of sausage on each slice! "Speciality" pizza literally has spots of dried herbs dumped around spots around the pie, meat also sporadic. Sure everyone has a bad day, but when your business is 1 thing...in this case PIZZA, not much wiggle room where I'm concerned. Coupled with their ripoff prices...We're done...Only reason they got 2 stars, the delivery driver was on time & courteous.

This location has gone down hill since new management! I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. My breaking point was waiting 1 HOUR & 45 MINUTES for a delivery that I was told would would take approximately 15 minutes. Management did nothing to rectify this and sent a cold pizza to top it all off. Avoid this pizza guys, there are plenty of other pizzerias in town!

Location is a bit hard to find but just know it's near Harbor Freight. They offer everything you would come to expect from a Pizza establishment. They offer seating but it's limited so probably best to take your order to go or have it delivered. The employees are welcoming and the dinning area is clean and organized. The pizza is delicious and comes with tons of toppings and a very good ratio of cheese and crust. If you like to fold your slice this place will not disappoint. FYI. They offer Ice Cream and that's just perfect. This place is worth the price.
