This location has been my spot for years and I love Pizza Hut but I've noticed the quality of the pizza is not the same anymore.

It was way overpriced and pretty dry for pizza. For Two personal little pizzas and 4 breadsticks it was $35. I could 3x that at dominoes and I would enjoy it. Won't be going again anytime soon if at all. It's a bummer cause I used to love pizza hut.
(Last time I had this pizza I was little and got sick)
Got the courage to ask if I could try this pizza once again, sure enough it was better than last time. The dough was crunchy on the outside and when you took a bite out of the center it was both soft and crispy.
Compared to last time, I was told it had more butter and more grease which made me become sick.
Furthermore, I think Pizza Hut is on my good pizza list again :)

Sometimes, service is great. This time, ordered online, pizzas are done. 2 employees glued to their cell-phones, the only employee who was working doesn't have time to hand me my pizzas.
Needless to say, I will no longer be a regular customer.
I want my $31.15 back.
Requested refund, via wecare@pacpizza no response whatsoever. Apparently, keeping the $31.15 is more important than correcting crappy service.
Edit: it's been 6 months now. Corporate office had promised to refund my money (I never got my pizza), but obviously are also too busy to cut a check.
Edit: after almost 2 years and escalating to director of west coast operations, Pizza Hut managed to find the time to refund my money.

Called in order there phone not working well had to repeat myself a bunch of time then went in as the could not take my card number after repeating it 5 time. When I got the pizza only 6 pepperoni order extra cheese and could not find any cheese. I know pizza hut is a good place but this crew sucked

I asked for extra sauce and my two pizzas barely had any sauce at all.
Manager Jacob at the 11th street Pizza Hut was great. He went out of his way to cover the personal pizza my daughter dropped as a one time favor. I know he didn’t have to do that so his service is greatly appreciated.

I have pizza probably 2 to 3 times a week and I would have to say one out of three times I've ordered my orders been right. I always order very light sauce on my pepperoni pizza, and majority of the time I get extra sauce. I have ordered from other pizza places that have gotten my order correct however the price and the crest doesn't compete with Pizza Hut that's why I keep coming back.
