It was horrible. Everything was burnt on top and I paid $2 for extra cheese and it barely had any

I ordered online went to pickup, they tell me they ran out of what I ordered but they never called me to inform ; drove all the way with kids to find out they don’t ave what we ordered ; they say they tried to contact me which is not true �

I ordered the big box and a cookie for carryout via the app. My spouse picked it up on her way home and arrived without the cookie. I called and spoke with Ed who said he could not send anyone out with the cookie and would not refund me at this time, but rather provide a credit for future orders. My son is having his first sleep over, hence the only reason I ordered the cookie, so I cannot abandon the party and head back out. I advised Ed that I cannot drive back up, that a credit is not sufficient, and he advised those are the only options. I asked that someone deliver or he credit it back to my bank now. He refused, stated they are too busy, and HUNG UP ON ME. The Dominoes is right next door and I have their app too, but I prefer Pizza Hut. Service like this nulls my preference. Some of the rudest I have ever experienced, and I work in the service industry. Last time I ordered from here, a big box, they called me 30 minutes later to say they ran out of dough for the box. I said that's fine, just give me the same food in regular boxes and they advised they couldn't, it would cost extra. I agreed to paid $4 more for the same food. Tonight they called me 30 minutes in to ask if I picked up my order, nope. They said they gave it to another customer. Fine, I understand when it's busy. But then all of this?! I don't mind mistakes, I mind rude service that treats me like it's my problem when they make a mistake, and refuses to make it right by the customer.

I have placed a couple orders before maybe within a couple months gap.. Before they had the deal with the 6 slices pizza, cinnamon sticks, with Italian cheese bread and couldn't proceed order due to out of the pre made square pizza. And tried to place an order today12/29 for the triple treat box " 2 pizzas, cookie, and bread". Unfortunately they were out of the dough for the cheese bread. And they couldn't figure out anything to compensate it to replace the item.. 2 In a row and a disappointment customer.. Probably won't be dealing with Pizza Hut..
