I tried to order a special promo on this Pizza Hut restaurant this afternoon because they have a promo, $12 for a large 5 or. 6 topping pizza but they told me that promo is for medium size pizza only.

There rude and always give wrong order when tried calling to speak to manager to handle the situation they just say they can't do anything about just give $10 of credit when in fact there prices are outrageous

I think Pizza Hut is really underrated. Yet, the pizza is a tad bit on the doughy side and i would like more sauce but overall, the pizza is great and the food comes out fast.

Food normally OK, but weekend crew, not so much. Paid for pizza, never received, corporate PR guy promised refund (next day). Been over 6 months with a half-dozen unfilled promises to return my lousy $33.14; corporate story is now that they can't return money because it's been so long.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered 7/23/23 40 minutes before closing. They lady confirmed my order over the phone and took my card information. Saying it would be ready in 20 minutes. We get to the spot and we could see the workers through the window. They completely missed ignored us. We stayed for about 10 more minutes until they had the nerve to call the cops on us. All they had to do was come to door and let us know they were done for that night. The Mexican guy in the back even made a nasty face toward us dismissing us with his hands. Whoever worked closing on Sunday night should be fired. They don't care about their costumers at all. Y'all some hoes fr

This location has two stars!? I wonder why..... today I placed an online order using my Hut Rewards & scheduled it to pick up within 30 min from the time I placed the order online... when I arrived on the schedule pick up time ... they tell me my order was cancelled because supposedly they ran out of the pan pizza dough?!?! On a Friday before 12pm .... SMH I have a feeling this location has something to do with a customer using their Hut Rewards.... Second time I come here to use my points & something is always wrong. The first time they said the computer wasn't working to place the order with the points ( mind blowing) Let me make this clear... points are accumulated from how many orders a customer makes... it's not stealing or asking for giveaways! The guy said they tried calling me..... I had my phone with me the whole time... I got ONE missed call, no voicemail... no email... I wouldn't doubt it if they let it ring once.... Once again, I wasted my time & the inconvenience! Tracy Pizza Hut.... Either needs a whole new management or simply close it!
DO NOT ORDER HERE! Last order we received 2 pizzas, 1 completely burnt. I get a credit which I was thankful for, but when I call, I can't get ahold of ANYONE at their location. I call, I get a call center.I get directed to the store, get a fax machine. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go some place else, they aren't worth the headache. Beyond ridiculous

This Pizza Hut is pretty good. Me and my family got the Pan Pepperoni, and it was pretty good. But the pricing of the pizza was so expensive. It was a ripoff. And unfortunately the staff here sucks. And my god, the location is absolutely difficult to get in and out of. It's hidden where you can barely find it. But if you want some pizza, you can go check this place out.

The pizza is usually pretty good so are the wings and Mac n cheese. However I think it's ridiculous that they don't give Parmesan packets and red pepper flakes for fee. I've never heard of any pizza establishments charging for that. Absolutely ridiculous. I can see why it has low ratings, if they are charging for those packets, they probably do other shady things that upsets people. Also one time I've had an order where I added sausage, and bacon and pepperoni and combination pizza. The vegtables were so burnt and crisp and the sausage was dry as a rock. I stick to plain pepperoni now because I don't want the order to be too complicated and get messed up. I've had one pepperoni pizza that was pretty dry not enough sauce. Most of the time the pizza is really good and the blazing hot boneless wings are good.
