It was closed much earlier than posted. The whole area also smells, like really smells, like a rotten smell

This mall is dead and so are the stores. This place is too expensive and the food is not that great. Horrible customer service. Good luck trying to find someone to help you.

We come here every so often because the boba places in the area are few and far between. The locations is convenient. Because of this reason, I have been a repeat customer and no real complaints on their product. However, their product is nothing really to rave about. They have been consistent, though.

Where this place really needs work is the customer service. When I go here I feel like the staff is always annoyed, especially the cute young girl who puts her hair in a loose bun. Sometimes I would want to stop by, but decide not to because I didn’t want to endure the interaction. It’s just not good. And I really don’t like how I have to talk through plexiglass to give my order and how they have to pass my receipt through a small opening. I think they put up the plexiglass during Covid and just decided to not take it down. It’s not a nice customer experience and that decision should be reevaluated.

Food was really good but the mall is so quiet and it's uncomfortable walking around because there weird grown men who look like there in there 30yrs just sitting around on their phones ??? Shouldn't they be at work ? Looks like the mall is now their office for whatever they do. The mall is nolonger a safe place. We need to stand against this stuff and protect what's ours. What a shame
