Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place is usually busy but the service and food is great! I love red Robin and this one is one of the best that I've been to. I think out of the many times I've been here two times weren't good, but that was due to messed up orders and slow service due to a lot of people dining. We've had plenty of great servers but Marisa was the best server we've ever had, she was polite to us and our kids and very attentive to our needs and concerns. Thank you Marisa!

Great place to get a burger and never ending fires! I had the Cobb Salad and it was great last time and the the time before the Chilli Burger and it was fantastic! Great beer and wine select with other great drinks! The staff are always fantastic we'll be back again.

We got there when they first opened, so we were sat right away. The food was hot and fresh, and the sevice was fantastic. If only the Stockton location had servers like the Tracy one, they'd still be buisness. Try the curry catchup, and the curry burger while you can!!

I ordered the chicken strips and shrimp (I believe it was called the Clucks and Shrimp). I recieved fish instead of chicken. The meal was a lot smaller than what I was expecting. I only recieved two chicken strips (once it was corrected) and a few shrimp. I normally get dessert, but I didn't want to chance it.

Cobb salad is my usual.My last purchase was a gift card for someone who gave me good customer service

Tracy red robin is great. Super service and food is great!! So much better than manteca red robin!!!

Slow and bad service. Took a half hour to get drinks. Refills we non existant. Getting foor took even longer. Of course cold and just not what was expected. Would not go back.. not recommended till management is changed and the whole place gets new and well trained staff.

I should have trusted the majority of reviews i saw. Simply put very poor service and food. i ordered a beer, hamburger, onion rings and a water. Didn't get the water, no napkins, but i got a beer, the glass smelled awful. The burger fell apart as if the meat was cold and just got reheated. The onion rings were cold, i info waitress, got new order, great but then got charged extra on the bill. When i info the waitress she had an attitude and said il talk to the manager. Nothing to talk about if the order was correct in the first place. i usually give a place a second try but i don't think this is worth it.

The service was ok. But our server show little interest to us as her customers. She never circled back to see if I wanted anything to drink. Our to go order was wrong and I had to return to get it corrected. This was my first visit to your restaurant and I will not be returning nor will I recommend it to anyone else. When it came time to check out she explained nothing as to how the check out worked. She put it down on the table and walked away. This was one of the worst experiences in a long time.

Stopped in for a quick celebration as my son just passed his DMV knowledge test. Yeah! Everything was going well until I asked for a fork for my salad. The waitress returned with a fork with her bare hands and placed the fork directly on to the table. Strike #1. So I thought to myself, calm down, and simply whip the fork off with water from your cup and use your napkin to clean!!! So I did. I begin to enjoy my salad until the very end where all the good stuff settles to the bottom. I took a bite and it felt like I was chewing on glass! I spit it up in a napkin to filter through as I was sure I had chewed on glass. All the while my family is looking at me like I was crazy. Sure enough, it was a piece of the porcelain bowl that my salad was served in. Initially, I didn't complain. The waitress arrived to check on us and I kindly asked for another salad and fork. Waitress arrived with salad and again placed my new fork with her bare hands on to the table!!! Who does that? My eyes began to enlarge with disbelief and I felt my body slowly building up to voice my concerns, however, as I glanced around the table I locked eyes with my husband and I knew he did not want me to be the stereotypical Black Woman at a restaurant! So I simply remained calm. When the waitress walked away, I was again about to wet wipe my fork and eat the salad until my husband pointed out the new salad bowl was also chipped, so I didnt want to rish any of my own porcelain fillings to eat the salad!
