This place is usually busy but the service and food is great! I love red Robin and this one is one of the best that I've been to. I think out of the many times I've been here two times weren't good, but that was due to messed up orders and slow service due to a lot of people dining. We've had plenty of great servers but Marisa was the best server we've ever had, she was polite to us and our kids and very attentive to our needs and concerns. Thank you Marisa!

We decided to try Red Robin again for dinner tonight. So glad we did, it was delicious! We sat in the bar and our service was swift, on point and so refreshing. Our server was pleasant, engaging and seemed to really enjoy her job. We never had to ask for refills on our drinks, fries or anything. She did such a great job. My husband's fish came out a bit soggy, no problem at all. The manager removed it from the table and a fresh order was quickly put in it's place with no questions asked. I was pleasantly a bit taken back when the manager apologized for the mistake and stated, "It is my pleasure to correct the mistake for you." True service right there. We truly couldn't have asked for a better dinner out tonight. They are making big changes and moving in the right direction- So worth another visit.

So I got the salmon dinner it came now salsa and my fries no season - really! My husband is allergies to garlic and his fries came in with season. We ordered endless fries but the servicer never came back!!

Opted to sit at the bar ... 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge us (dining room waitstaff) who called out our drink order to the bartender. I don't think I've ever had to wait when sitting at the bar when it isn't busy. I don't usually eat at RR but that's what my guest wanted so here we are. I had enough time to decide what I wanted from the unfamiliar menu before we were helped. Black and bleu for me - not as delicious as I expected but good. Mad love for my guest - he thought it was good but the garlic fries were seriously lacking. Got our check at 1:33pm - immediately took my card out and placed it on the check (it's now 1:39pm and my check hasn't been touched)(now 1:43pm and we had to go to the hostess to get our tab paid out - he saw the bartender on her phone back behind the team member only wall) Please don't misunderstand - it was not busy ... this I would've understood. We sat at the bar to get the most quality and streamlined service and this visit did NOT deliver that at all.

Great place to get a burger and never ending fires! I had the Cobb Salad and it was great last time and the the time before the Chilli Burger and it was fantastic! Great beer and wine select with other great drinks! The staff are always fantastic we'll be back again.

As a first time customer, I was very, very disappointed at the service. How is it that at 3:40 in the afternoon in a restaurant with customers at 5 tables not have silverware clean? To add insult to injury my food was cold. I won't be going back there. PERIOD!!!!!!

Crappiest "gourmet" burger ever. Took my family here. The place was nearly empty so we thought it was going to be decently fast. It took 35 minutes for our two orders to arrive. It was very disappointing. Dry buns, cold fries, super slow. They even charged $2 hidden fee by using their electronic menu. Service is friendly. But don't come here.
Our first time trying Red Robin and we were pleasantly surprised. Some friends and I met and were greeted by a the sweetest host named Gracie. We were quickly seated and then offered drinks and appetizers by Sarah, our waitress. There were so many options on the extensive burger menu but once we ordered, our food came out hot and timely. I had a super yummy burger called the Mad Love. It had so many levels of goodness in it from the jalapeños to the Parmesan cheese crisp. Everyone at our table loved their meals and the campfire sauce is the best! We will be returning again soon and will spread the news to our friends and family! Fast, friendly service and great food!

We got there when they first opened, so we were sat right away. The food was hot and fresh, and the sevice was fantastic. If only the Stockton location had servers like the Tracy one, they'd still be buisness. Try the curry catchup, and the curry burger while you can!!

I ordered the chicken strips and shrimp (I believe it was called the Clucks and Shrimp). I recieved fish instead of chicken. The meal was a lot smaller than what I was expecting. I only recieved two chicken strips (once it was corrected) and a few shrimp. I normally get dessert, but I didn't want to chance it.
