We just picked food from them just 10 mint ago
Naans are so bad … uncooked . From last 2 time naan are same . Poor quality.
I don’t suggest anyone to try their food.

Disgusting food. Bought Aloo Paratha for breakfast even paid for extra filling but just got plain naan. Called them and they just kept giving excuses horrible restaurant, horrible food, and horrible service take your money elsewhere.

We always used to go to this restaurant at Tracy or do pick up and liked their bread basket. We used to get food at least 2-3 times a week until one day I met this Punjabi guy at counter who is very rude, un professional like many people commented. He is so cheap that for a pickup order, he selected himself 20+ % tip on a card reader and forced me to sign and leave.
Thats the last day I ever visited this restaurant. With this kind of bad service you will loose repeat customers.

Disappointing experience with the tandoori mix grill being uncooked, and the customer service was lacking, to say the least. Sunny's unprofessional attitude was the cherry on top .

Ordered the tandoori mix grill, but it was uncooked! When I called to complain, the staff member named Sunny argued with me and even asked us to bring the food to them. Unbelievable! Lack of customer service and quality control. Wouldn't recommend.

The communication from the staff was terrible — it felt like no one cared to answer simple questions on the order. Curt and unfriendly.
Message to the owner: if you can’t learn how to talk to your customers with basic respect and courtesy, you shouldn’t be in this business. Customer service is just as important as the food, and right now, this place fails badly in that regard.

Gone down hill recently. Highly priced and terrible quality.

Had to go dishes from here. Food was not good. Butter chicken was chicken in a tomato soup. Dal makhani was hard to describe. Watery and flavorless. Naan was okay. The guy behind the bar was nice and the food was hot at least. 2 stars for that.

We ordered baigan burtha today and it has gone off and doesnt smell quite right. I am unsure when this was prepared. I would never recommend sansar.

We ordered Tandoori Mixed Grill, Goat Curry, Tandoori Roti, and Garlic Naan, and the food was completely disappointing. Everything tasted old and stale, and the quality was so bad that we couldn’t eat any of it. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very bad experience.

We went to store 9 o clock they close 10 clock .when there were punjabi guys 1 years ago all were quite friendly and nice but now those are now at reception, they do not know how to talk makes silly excuses now we have cleaned everything at all . Very bad experience that i ever have .
