I love Sourdough & Co., but this is the WORST location I have been to.
I placed an online order for pickup. The website showed that the order was ready a few minutes before I arrived. When I walked in, I went to the “pickup here” area and wasn’t acknowledged. Walked to the area to order and was told it would “be a few minutes”…They hadn’t even started on my order. It was a Sunday night 45 minutes before closing with only 2 customers in the place.
I ended up waiting over half an hour after I had ordered to get my food. The guy handing me my bag was wearing gloves, the same ones used to prepare the food, and they were completely ripped.
Do yourself a favor and go to the location on Grant Line instead.

This was my first visit but definitely won't be my last visit. The aroma, once I entered told me, my food would be great! Charlie & Shahnoor were a little quiet but great at customer service, food prep & keeping a clean place. I'm not usually a red meat eater. I am an adventurous eater. I ordered to go, a dressed, hot roast beef on toasted sourdough bread with mushrooms & onions . I was graciously provided hot au jus. Wow Wow WOW !! Real meat, real mushrooms properly toasted fresh sourdough & exquisitely dressed sandwich. Dipped in the au jus was next level. I can't wait to go back & eat thru the menu. Yes it's small in size but enormous in taste. Sourdough & Co, isn't pricey, given the quality & quantity of their delicious ingredients . My wait was not long, it gave me time to glance at the menu. No pictures, I didn't think about pics while scarfing down my hot sandwich. Try Sourdough & Co's, expansive menu, yourself. Let Charlie & Shahnoor, help you customize your order to your taste. I love the food. Bread is great👍. Get the bake at home loaves. Try alm the sandwiches. Fantastic!. This store is small! To walk past other customers gets you really close. Otherwise 5 stars.

I ordered turkey sandwich and it was terrible the turkey meat was in crumbs. There was no slice of turkey at all. It cost $12 but it was the worst sandwich ever. Please don’t waste your money. Grocery store sandwiches is better than this.
