Iām from Sacramento, come through Tracy often. Found this star bread place closest one to San Ramon. Let me say this, their star bread is amazing!!! But!! Every time I have came here the service is really slow, so if your in a hurry be prepared to wait a bit before you get help or your bread thatās why I gave a 4 stars.

Very confusing store layout. Upon coming in the store, another customer became frustrated that there was no employees at the cash register. After waiting for someone to come to the counter and waiting a while, the cashier finally came and was extremely rude and made me go to the back of the line even though I was already there before others. I will never come back! Don't trust the food reviews. This is a terrible store.
Not only is the star bread the best food to bring to work in the morning, but I also got to taste their empenadas and the pork buns. Both were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place

There must have been an owner/staff change. The logo is different, the quality of bread is differentā¦ itās not bad but itās definitely not the same when they had āStar breadā as the logo. Somethingās changedā¦ disappointed.

Not what I expected from the view outside. But once inside, all of my trepidation subsidies as the nicest lady helped me.
Do not buy senorita bread from this place. Based off of previous reviews I thought it would be good. The bread was dry without any butter on it. It looked like they took Pilsbury crescent rolls and put way too much cinnamon and sugar on top of it and called senorita bread. Theyāre were two young people in there, one working the counter and one in the back. The customer service was subpar and they didnāt acknowledge you. They used slabs and lacked professionalism. I found another place that is phenomenal but not this place. Hopefully they read these reviews and improve on the quality of their product and their customer service.
