When coming in to order I was using the app and the lady told me I couldn’t use the bathroom! She looked at me and my boyfriend with discuses and was disrespectful I simply said I hope I don’t pee on the floor I have to go so bad she was rude said I couldn’t use the bathroom unless I order first and that she’ll call the cops and have me removed!

Went thru the drive through to get 4 venti waters and a venti medicine ball. The one who gave us our drink was very unprofessional. There are 4 large waters and while he was handing it to my Aunt it's already tilting and the holder was flimsy. The water spilled in my Aunts car... I mean what happened to at least trying to add another holder so it can be stronger to support the drinks. A lot of places have a lot of people who lack customer service which is really sad

Pulled up through drive through and waited at the screen for about 4 minutes with no answer, only 2 cars ahead of me with no line, figured maybe screen was broken. Pulled up to the window and when we finally ordered. The associates looked annoyed that we had pulled up. Requested an Apple Crisp Shaken Espresso and as someone who’s managed in Starbucks, you can tell just by looking at the drink, it wasn’t shaken and the drink was just wrong. My wife pulled away before I could say anything due to being annoyed but the service was just bad

Great customer service! Tyson was so sweet helping me with my order and gave me extra pearls! Everyone is so sweet store is super clean inside!! Best Starbucks location in Tracy!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I always order caramel macchiatos with extra caramel and add-ins. I have never had to have a drink re-made!!! The staff is super friendly and it's a nice quiet place to do homework! Great job Staff!!!
