This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I always order caramel macchiatos with extra caramel and add-ins. I have never had to have a drink re-made!!! The staff is super friendly and it's a nice quiet place to do homework! Great job Staff!!!Vegetarian options: They have plenty of options.Dietary restrictions: They have healthy alternatives.Parking: Horrible parking!!!!

Good location. Easy freeway access. Clean store. Every thing was organized properly. Some Parking lot was shared with in n out. Some parking are on side of the store. They have good connections for cup. Also they start Christmas style cup. Definitely this location is batter than some location. Service was quick because a lot employees are working.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options.

Customer service here is TRASH, not one time have I been here and someone is decently polite . They never make my drink right .. I don't understand, like if you hate your job just get a new one, if you're not a morning person get a new shift! I look forward to my Starbucks at 7am just to be a complete buzz kill & waste of money coming here. People stop here right before their morning commute to just end up with bad energy and a horrible drink. Please get it together!

I went a few days ago with my sisters to get our daily Starbucks drinks and we had the best customer service from Violet :). I always get a strawberry açaí refresher with water and my sisters get the one with lemonade. There is times where I go get my drink and they give me a strawberry açaí lemonade which is good but not the drink I order because I prefer it with water but Violet made sure my drink was correct. Violet noticed my drink looked cloudy like when it has lemonade and made sure it was remade with water just how I had ordered. Just by doing that it made me had a good experience because I didn't have to go back and ask for my drink to be made with water. We actually went yesterday and again we had great customer service from Violet :).

Walked in to pick up my mobile order where they use to place them, but apparently they don't put out the drinks on the counter and confirm your name first. I was the only one inside but none of the 3 girls acknowledged me at all. As soon as a white woman came in, one of them asked if she had a mobile order, which she didn't. Still didn't ask me if I had one. Went up and had to ask for my mobile order. Apparently, they only want to give customer service to a select group/demographic of people and if you're complexion isn't light enough they won't even bother.

I placed a mobile order and waited 7 minutes passed my pickup time to bother asking about it because they seemed very busy. When I asked your barista Nathaniel if he sees my drink he asked me my name, but before checking he walked away and went back to the drink station and started filling up a cup of ice water. I said was that a yes or a no on my drink that was supposed to be ready 7 minutes ago. He came back looked and said no. Then asked to see my phone. Upon showing him he responded “that’s a lot of substitutions” and walked away again. At this point his male co worker began laughing. I said wow as I was in disbelief that was the response I got. Nathaniel then said “I didn’t say I wouldn’t make your drink” and walked away again… Umm I never said you said you wouldn’t?First of all this was an incredibly strange and unprofessional way to handle not having someone’s drink ready. A simple it’s not here but we will make that for you like your female coworker said after your sarcastic remarks would have sufficed.Secondly, if you think changing the syrups in a drink from regular to sugar free, requesting oat instead of regular and adding cinnamon and cold foam is a lot of substitutions and insinuating that was too much for you to do… you may be in the wrong line of work buddy. ?Horrible customer service from Nathaniel and his laughing entourage.
