Not sure if they pay attention while taking the order. Barista didn’t ask whether my order was to go or not. Despite me telling explicitly it’s for here, they conveniently ignored and gave in a to go cup.

Update: I wrote a bad review for this mistake but Starbucks owned up to their mistake and fixed the situation. Thank you for reaching out and making things right! I change my rating to 5 stars! ?????
Ladies, yall are hard workers! There is no doubt about that. Today yall dropped the ball with this one, I know this morning was super busy and there was a lot going on trust me I use to work at the concession stand in the HP Pavillion for the San Jose Sharks and I've done super busy grand openings for groceries stores. But no matter how busy it was I always made sure that the costumers order was right. My coffee didn't taste right, which I didn't mind because of how busy it was so I understand maybe they rushed to make it ??♀️. But what upset me was the fact that I ordered a venti and they barely gave me any coffee! So I tell my son to go back in there and ask them if they can please fill the rest of the cup and he said the lady told him "that's how the drink is made!" Now when he told me that I was furious! Because I go there all the time and I order the same drink EVERY TIME! and NO! THAT'S NOT HOW IT'S MADE! I'll upload the photo but man I was so angry because I was humble enough to wait there for so long and be late to work just to barley have any coffee! I took two sips and the coffee was dang near gone.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. The vibe was classic coffeeshop, almost like a movie shoot. Smiling faces, low whispers of conversation, greetings from the front counter at my entrance, and so laid back. Quite different from the weekday morning hustle, I'm used to. Enjoyed my Carmel frap and the smiles from all baristas. Looking around as I walked out, couldn't help a little giggle and the smirk on my face.

First bad experience here.Went for pick up took over 20 minutes for them to make my tea! Then they didn’t leave the tea bags didn’t even ask if I wanted them to take them out.I requested a third and it was weak as hell seems like they only put one. This is nastiest shot very disappointing not coming back here. Thanks

I really just wanted to pop on here to give a shout-out to an employee here named Jana.My brother is bipolar and had gone into an extreme manic state for the last week. It had been difficult for us to seek help to get him admitted in the ER as he wasn't destructive to himself and to others and no one would help us as he won't self admit. Jana went above and beyond and listened to her gut feeling that something was wrong with my brother just by their conversation and from my brother's demands. She saw that my brother had crossed the busy street and stayed in the middle of the street facing oncoming traffic and she called him back to the side and talked him through until the police officers showed up. Quite difficult is an understatement when it comes to people having manic episodes and Jana here is an angel and just extended her heart and kindness to another human she didn't know.I didn't know there were still people in this world who are still like her. Thank you Jana. We owe you so big. My brother was taken to the ER and is now being moved to a psychiatric facility which he needs. So thank you. We are grateful for you. I hope there are more people like you. My trust in humanity has been restored.

Been coming to this location for a little while now because their online menu/availability is always accurate and they are quick. All was great until last week when I got my mom her favorite drink. Right at the end she removed the lid, said something didn't smell right and found brown pieces of "something" in her cup that she described as a worm. Cup did smell but could not figure out what it smelled like. So bummed! Back to the other, not so awesome locations for me.
Went for coffee this morning. Only one customer inside the store. In front of me cashier girl, just socialized, laughing, and talking about some stories with the customer I was waiting, waiting and waiting finally fed up I left and went to McDonald’s for coffee. This place sucks.
