I ordered a Peppermint Mocha. I waited for my drink. The barista picked up the cup with his hand over the lid where I put my mouth to drink. I asked him for a new lid and removed it. I noticed I didn't have the chocolate curls on top. I asked him about. He told the barista andshe sprinkled some on top. Now I have to check my drink before I leave. That's 80cent charge if added to an caramel Frappuccino.

Very busy store, but always fully staffed. Friendly, helpful service. Even during long wait, busy times, they still get everything right and pretty quick considering the volume of orders and people coming through

I ordered this 2 refreshers without ice and I got only 1/2 cups filled.
This is very disappointing and this store is the only one doing it, because I’ve ordered these for years. When they run out of the dried fruit I don’t get any discounts, they only say “it doesn’t change the flavor”.
I will never stop at this Store again.

Not sure if they pay attention while taking the order. Barista didn’t ask whether my order was to go or not. Despite me telling explicitly it’s for here, they conveniently ignored and gave in a to go cup.

Ladies, yall are hard workers! There is no doubt about that. Today yall dropped the ball with this one, I know this morning was super busy and there was a lot going on trust me I use to work at the concession stand in the HP Pavillion for the San Jose Sharks and I've done super busy grand openings for groceries stores. But no matter how busy it was I always made sure that the costumers order was right. My coffee didn't taste right, which I didn't mind because of how busy it was so I understand maybe they rushed to make it ??‍♀️. But what upset me was the fact that I ordered a venti and they barely gave me any coffee! So I tell my son to go back in there and ask them if they can please fill the rest of the cup and he said the lady told him "that's how the drink is made!" Now when he told me that I was furious! Because I go there all the time and I order the same drink EVERY TIME! and NO! THAT'S NOT HOW IT'S MADE! I'll upload the photo but man I was so angry because I was humble enough to wait there for so long and be late to work just to barley have any coffee! I took two sips and the coffee was dang near gone.
