I buy the 3 Coffe's Iced Pumpkin Chai Latte. The woman who was giving me those coffees was named Catalin. The coffee was gone from the cup and it was fully loaded. She reacted strangely when I asked her to wipe the cup since it was too unclean to handle and asked me to use tissue. If the consumer is not happy with the Dirty cup, she should clean it or get a new one, according to customer service. She was looking at me with a really hostile attitude.

I buy a lot of Starbucks. I order the same triple espresso specialty every time. I came in to pick up my order, as I do a couple times a day to locations from Merced to Oakley California. My venti was 3", from the top. When I asked if they could fill it up the girl said, "With what? We always make them like that." A guy behind her said, "Yeah that's how they're made". Funny thing was he actually personally made me this same order a week before and it was all the way to the top just as they ALWAYS ARE MADE! I'm insulted that they both argued with me about it and tried to make me feel stupid. I finally talk her into adding foam at least but I'm not happy with this location at all on Naglee Rd in Tracy CA. I'm not a complainer usually but this really wasn't right.

I make regular Starbucks runs! Most starbucks are exactly what I expect, the problem with this one is my drinks are not that complicated. But is the little things this store misses that make mr drive across town unless I am in a hurry.

I've tried this Starbucks in the morning and the afternoon they only have one person working at all times. Which you think would be not only a huge inconvenience to regular Starbucks patrons but a health / safety issue . Definitely will not be coming back any time soon.

Me and my daughter waited at the register for 7 minutes not one of the 3 workers acknowledged us, so finally we left and will not ever go back, horrible how even my 15 year old daughter questioned why are they not helping us, there was no line, they were not that busy to where they should completely ignore us.
I went to this Starbucks at Tracy mall today at 3:45 pm. They had signs/pictures advertising cold brew drinks. The cashier told me that they are out of cold brew drinks. If you like cold brew drinks don't go here, because they don't have cold brew drinks.

It's very misleading to show that the store is "Open" when it's under RECONSTRUCTION. I hope people read this review before going there, because I wasted time just driving up there to realize that it was CLOSED for an upgrade.
