Ima true Starbucks coffee drinker and I’m really getting tired of having to order my drink and it be wrong almost every time I order from this store. I ask for 3 shots affogato style every time I order but for some reason I never get my shots I pay for. I get it…tell the store it’s wrong and they make a new one. Great but now I gotta wait for a new one. If I order what I order and it’s on a sticky paper on the cup stating 3 shots why can’t u put them on. 1 store outta a billion stores can always get my order right. Why can’t the other stores do the same.

I have a very bad experience so many times at this Starbucks the mannager name was BRI she made my drinks so disgusting 🤮 when I requested her to remake my drink she was showing me so bad attitude she behaved so rude BRI has a bad costumer service ever

The drive-through line can be long sometimes, but if you order ahead and go inside, it's fairly quick. You're in, you're out, hello & goodbye
Parking: Sometimes, it's best to park across the way by the little market and just walk from there. Especially when the cars for drive-thru are backed up.

Went to this Starbucks in the morning, ordered a grande mango dragon fruit with lemonade, two grilled cheese sandwiches, and a hot chai latte. Simple, right? Nope. I get to the window, and the lady hands me a venti mango dragon fruit. Not what I ordered. I told her I wanted a grande, and she tries to charge me for the venti anyway! She finally remakes it, but STILL wants me to pay for the venti? Ridiculous. This place is close and convenient, but after this, I’m done. Never going back.

I came to this Starbucks to order 5 drinks to bring to my family at the hospital. Since I was ordering 5 drinks that were all different and had customizations, I wanted to place a mobile order so that the barista would not have to enter in all of the different customizations. I went through the drive-thru, very aware that I had just placed the order and I even told the barista (Danie or Donie) that the order had just been placed. He told me that liquid cane had been discontinued and asked if I would like classic instead, I said that would be fine. Then, he proceeded to tell me that next time I cannot come through the drive-thru right away since they just had to pull all of the tickets and that next time I needed to wait. Mind you, there were no cars behind me, and I would’ve ordered 5 drinks regardless of whether it was at the drive-thru speaker or on the mobile app. He then, at the window, gave me someone else’s mobile order and when I went inside to give the drink back, there were 0 people inside. Next time, I will just order all 5 drinks, with the customizations, in the drive-thru, since it was such an inconvenience for this barista.
Cashier was so rude, and when I got my drink the cup was only half way full. So disappointed with the service.

I'm not a fan of expensive cups of coffee as I'm a die-hard Nesspresso fan with Italian sweet cream. However, when you want to meet for coffee and a small bite, this is the place. Service is off the hook, and they will make any problem right. Bites are a tad pricey, but the quality is there, and they warm them to perfection. It beats a cold doughnut any day. They go a tad overboard with the merch, but it appears to sell, I see it everywhere. I can't say I haven't bought a gift card for colleagues, and I give mine away when I get them as I'm not a regular or willing to go out of my way for coffee. I just put a nice expresso machine in the office...
