If I could give 0 stars I would, waited over 15 minutes for my drink and still wasn’t out and was rushing just to get to work. Left with no drink because they were taking extremely long, at least let people know that there’s a long wait..

Honestly I've gone to this location a couple of times now and the customer service has been horrible. They have been snarky and snappy. Then today I order 2 drinks light ice (that I paid for) A plain bagel and lemon bread. Well the drinks aren't light ice and there is no cream cheese. I go and get it fixed and she tells me the cream cheese is an extra 1.25. I make a comment about every other place that sells bagels the cream cheese is included. She comment back saying maybe Starbucks is to expensive for me I'm pretty sure it was the manager. I won't ever go there again and will go out of my way to tell other people to not go here.

They always make mistakes on the order I placed, it's been 2 times I try to order the Iced Lavender cream oatmilk matcha, but they always give me the regular green tea latte, I been a loyal customer here since last couple years but maybe I have to try another location. This make me so disappointed when you want to start ur working day with ur favorite drink and they turn u down!! Just so sad.

It’s always a chill moment at Starbucks quiet destination makes it easy to get work done if that’s what brought you there. Staff is excellent and friendly.

A lady working here. She is so rude with the customer. She has really very bad attitude. This kind of people shouldn’t work in Starbucks. I just wanna know if the manager read this comment and contact me that exposed this lady and should be fired.

I can never say bad things about Starbucks! But I will tell you this. This particular Starbucks is a above and beyond in customer service and on the coffee's they make. YOU CAN FEEL THE ❤️!!! So I do recommend this particular shop 100%.
Parking: The parking is somewhat hard to find in front of the actual Starbucks. But there's plenty in the shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is always good for kids because it's a fun little environment. They can get there not so hot hot chocolates and their vanilla bean Frappuccino!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: The shopping center itself has plenty of wheelchair parking, But there's one or two spaces in front of starbucks itself also!!!

I bought a mango dragon fruit from that store on 2-2-24 and it tasted weird had a taste like alcohol, and when I tasted the mango dragon fruit, they tasted like they were already expired. Tasted really bad and has given me bad diarrhea all night and my sister got a pubic hair on her Frappuccino, five months ago, I tried giving them another chance, but I am never going there again.

Slowest starbucks ever seen in my life
This has to be the slowest Starbucks in California and dirty! We waited 25 mins for a drink! Dont worry, I wont be back.
