They always make mistakes on the order I placed, it's been 2 times I try to order the Iced Lavender cream oatmilk matcha, but they always give me the regular green tea latte, I been a loyal customer here since last couple years but maybe I have to try another location. This make me so disappointed when you want to start ur working day with ur favorite drink and they turn u down!! Just so sad.

I can never say bad things about Starbucks! But I will tell you this. This particular Starbucks is a above and beyond in customer service and on the coffee's they make. YOU CAN FEEL THE ❤️!!! So I do recommend this particular shop 100%.Parking: The parking is somewhat hard to find in front of the actual Starbucks. But there's plenty in the shopping center.Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is always good for kids because it's a fun little environment. They can get there not so hot hot chocolates and their vanilla bean Frappuccino!!!Wheelchair accessibility: The shopping center itself has plenty of wheelchair parking, But there's one or two spaces in front of starbucks itself also!!!

I bought a mango dragon fruit from that store on 2-2-24 and it tasted weird had a taste like alcohol, and when I tasted the mango dragon fruit, they tasted like they were already expired. Tasted really bad and has given me bad diarrhea all night and my sister got a pubic hair on her Frappuccino, five months ago, I tried giving them another chance, but I am never going there again.

Is 45 minutes a normal wait here for 1 latte? Probably won't come to this one again. Your better off headed to the next closest one you will be served quicker.
This has to be the slowest Starbucks in California and dirty! We waited 25 mins for a drink! Dont worry, I wont be back.

It is currently 7:41pm 11/8/23. I work a 12 hr graveyard shift and I came in for some coffee. There was a white women working older maybe 40. I ordered with a young man. She knew the guy that ordered after me. And gave him his drink before me. His name was mike he seemed to be a friend of hers. This was unprofessional.

I've been to this location before I haven't had any issues. Today I walked in and grabbed my wrap and should've looked in the bag before I left but when I got to my car and looked in the bag, it looked like a mangled mess I was almost not able to get it out of the bag. Had I not been so hungry I probably would have walked back in and have them fix this. Courteous staff two of them said goodbye as I said have a nice day but the food prep was just poor today. (The bite taken out of the sandwich was from me. It didn't come like that. I should've taken the second picture before I bit into it but I was starving). Maybe next time
