Person packing my order was on a personal phone call , not paying attention to my sub and added very little veggies and sauses.

Definitely not expected this from subway.

When I came in there was no employee here. After a minute I knocked on the counter and the lady came out. She asked what sandwich I wanted, then asked me for a moment. She than continued to answer her phone and have a full conversation with someone 😂 If I had a nickel for everytime this lady has done this to me, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot but crazy that it’s happened twice 💀 9/19/25 @9:30am

I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered two veggie sandwiches, but both were missing the veggie patties entirely. If you were out of veggie patties, the courteous and professional thing to do would have been to inform me when I came to pick up the order, not just hand me sandwiches that were essentially bread with a few vegetables. This felt careless and disrespectful to the customer. Please do better with communication and basic quality control.

Terrible service. Came in with two gift cards and coupons—employee said they didn’t work and didn’t try to help. I had to tell her to type them in manually. She called the manager, who also offered no help. I used to work at Subway, told her to select “Gift Card” first—and surprise, it worked. Staff clearly not trained and had a horrible attitude. completely unprofessional. Whole situation took about 20 minutes. Ridiculous.

I ordered a veggie delight foot long and see what this employee charged me( ridiculous and unethical) Will be escalating this to corporate. See attached receipt.

Totally disappointed. The veggies were not fresh—just look at the lettuce! I asked for the bread to be toasted, but it didn’t seem like she toasted it properly. The bread was very difficult to chew.

On top of that, the staff member or owner had so much attitude. We placed our order online, and when we went for pickup, she didn’t even ask for the name or order. Instead, she just kept saying, “Not ready, not ready,” in a careless manner. I hadn’t even said anything yet! Her family was waiting there for her, so it seemed like she just wanted to rush through my order in seconds.

Overall, a terrible experience—I definitely don’t want to come back.

This is by far the worst subway in the world. Employees were super rude. I went in for my online order and everything about my sandwich was wrong. It was basically a mayonnaise sandwich. I called to notify them that it was all wrong and they hung up in my face. I called back and received no answer. I do not recommend anyone to go here .

The worst subway I have ever been to! Firstly I’m Hindu and I usually eat in subway so there is no in contact with beef or pork. We are always treated so well in any subway we go to and they always change gloves/acknowledge all our requests. Unfortunately this is the place where Jas who served, gave us so much attitude. The subway looked big messy and not clean too. It started when she pickup up chicken to place on our bread when it dropped on ham section, she used same gloves, picked up and placed on our bread, which I understand happens, however when I told her I’m sorry we can’t accept that she started giving us attitude. Instead of being apologetic and being polite she started making faces and banking the door harder when taking out new bread for us. It was extremely disrespectful and disappointing since that’s not the customer service we were expecting. She did make us new sandwich and that is why I gave 1 star. Also the cheese she placed on another sandwich had steak on it, I asked her about that and she said I don’t know how it got there. She just removed that cheese and placed new ones. We were not happy with the sandwich and at that point I was so hesitant to even eat that. I would never recommend this subway to anyone and it’s extremely sad that this was the customer service we got.

Went Friday morning worker was on phone whole time ,never asked what cheese I wanted just put what she wanted..her phone call was to important I didn't order my second sandwich. Btw I did mention to her that service was horrible and she can get back to her call!

unfortunately I get the ladies name but wow i’ve never been more disappointed with the service in a subway. Not only did she take her time with getting up and assisting us because she was on the phone but the lack of customer service was something else. Luckily there was no line but she was alone and was very slow with making my order. Will not be coming back. She also touched her ear bud and continued to touch my food after. And they do not accept coupons, what subway does not accept coupons ?
