Horrible customer service. The sales people are very immature and inexperienced. They don’t have minimum courtesy or decency on how to talk to a customer. I am not the first person and I heard so many negative reviews about this Subway..The management should focus on recruiting staff who have basic skills of customer satisfaction.

The guy was using his phone and started putting on gloves to make my sandwich. Then he placed his phone on the table w the gloves on his hands (ew??) I asked him if he could wash his hands. Because phones have so much bacteria on it. He turns on the facet for TWO seconds and turns it off. No soap or anything. As if he was mocking me for asking to wash his hands. I've worked in the food industry for years. It's disgusting to know this guy who makes HUNDREDS of peoples sandwiches, doesn't care to wash his hands.

I came this store at 8:20 pm I did order veggie sandwich she told me this time my closing and you should eat quickly and because we came there before 40 minutes she talk with us rudely I never come back this

The worker was friendly upon arrival. She didn't ask or toasted the sandwich before adding the vegetables. She then handled cash and right after, just applied new gloves instead of washing/sanitizing her hands first. All the while, she was talking on the phone the whole time. Felt gross buying a sandwich from here so I left.

The food was amazing here, very fresh produce. Service was great and very friendly. clean store and ambiance.
This was my best experience at a Subway. The staff was super friendly and attentive and didn't make us feel rushed when ordering.Although this location is out of the way for us, i will pick this location in the future just because of the excellent service we got.

Service is terrible and this location also doesn't accept coupons beware. The vibe from the employees makes you lose your appetite, almost as if they're angry they have to prepare your sandwich. However for some odd reason the employee seemed to find joy in telling me that they don't accept coupons, disgusting behavior. Won't be back

I work at a salon close to this location. They always mess up my order and they start closing 2-3 hours before their actual closing time. All day they play such loud music and disrupt everyone else's business. Rude employees with air pods in not really listening to you.
