I recently had the misfortune of visiting one of the worst Subways I've ever encountered. The employer seemed pleasant enough, but I believe the owner or manager, who wasn't wearing a uniform, had a terrible attitude. They lacked basic customer service skills, failing to greet me or express gratitude. I requested extra onions, but they claimed they could only add three, which left me perplexed. When I pressed the issue, they became defensive, insisting that they couldn't accommodate my request. I've attached a photo of my receipt and the underwhelming meal I received. The lack of concern from the staff, particularly the rude employee, was staggering. If the management isn't interested in providing decent service, perhaps they should consider closing their doors.

There's hours of operation shows on Google from 8 am to 10 pm. It's 9 am 10/04/2025 they haven't opened, yet there is a laddy doing something inside, but the store is closed. Do something about this location subway very dispointed

This may sound like hyperbole, but stopping at this Subway at 25440 S Schulte Road during a recent road trip restored my belief in the goodness of people. My daughter wasn’t feeling well, and the owners of the Subway noticed and treated her like she was part of their family. They brought her soothing drinks, distracted her with conversation until she felt better, and were incredibly kind. And the Subway sandwich we got there was super fresh and tasty! If you’re ever near Tracy, please go support this business and the generous people who own it.

I went in there on Monday May 20th and the regular worker was off. I had to continually repeat my order to the guy who was making my sandwich. I had to tell him twice what kind of bread I wanted. I paid over $9 for a sandwich I had only four pieces of ham. I ordered a footlong egg, ham and cheese sandwich and I ended up throwing it away. I will never stop there again if he is making my sandwich. Hey Owner, hire more people like your Monday - Friday regular opener and your reviews will all be 5 stars.
