Horrible. When asked re: Bathroom employess states "does not work" ....yeah right? Lol ok. Super skimpy on ingredients and does not like to be asked to add extra ingredients. Whatever. Pathetic place.

Ordered the Bogo footlong via app. It was night and the store was empty. Lady behind the counter hadn’t even checked the orders and didn’t start making it until I spoke up. One of the sandwiches barely had any meat, almost as if I was penalized for using a coupon. The bread was stale, barely any ingredients, missing ingredients. Will not be returning. Very poor service and poor food quality.

Horrible experiences! The guy who served us was constantly talking on the phone to their friend while serving us got my food completely wrong. I took my friend here who was allergic to tomatoes told the guy he was allergic and the guy put tomatoes on and when he reiterated that he was allergic, the guy said oh, and just took them off and then wrapped up the sandwich, as if the juice isn’t all over the sandwich! Honestly, save your money and go to a different subway or a different store completely!! You can find food that is better quality as well as better service and a better atmosphere somewhere else!!!Dietary restrictions: Allergies

The food is good, the service is garbage, and the ambiance is non-existent. One of the workers had her kids running around, the other worker acted pissy because I ordered a sandwich. Stick to another place!

The guy making my sandwich didn't wash his hands and now I'm sick. Hoping it is just a cold and not Covid. I know I got it here because I haven't gone anywhere else in the last few weeks. I told myself he must have washed his hands right before I came in to convince myself it was okay to eat it. I blame myself. I should have just said never mind and left without buying it.

Environment was hot and the employees are very rude and not customer friendly at all. The vegetables were visibly frozen and portions were very small even for subway. Never coming back.

Absolutely worst subway in town, veggies are frozen and they only toast for 15 seconds, you cannot even contact customer support and ask why my sandwich is always cold when you request DOUBLE TOASTED, these people suck.

Most ignorant and careless lady I've ever seen in my life before. SHE WAS ON HER PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. She gave us cold chicken! I rather eat fingernails than this. Sh was not willing to hear are older and talking about customer service she didn't even listen to what we were ordering. She was CHEAP and gave barely any vegtables. She is a complete waste of Oxygen in this world.

If I can give this place a negative star review I definitely would! I went in there getting the #20 which is called the elite chicken bacon and ranch. The only difference from this one and the original chicken bacon and ranch is the chicken. I asked if I could get the grilled chicken instead of the rotisserie chicken because I didn't really like the flavor of it when I got it the first time and the subway worker said it would be extra. I didn't know why it would be extra if it's just chicken but it was fine. Before she put it in the over she forgot to put bacon on it. I told her I would like to have the bacon on it still and she told me it was going to be extra...why would it be extra if it already comes on the sandwich? She wasn't understanding that and all she could say is "it's how subway wants us to do it" how does that make sense? If it's literally in the title of the sandwich why would I pay extra for it? Instead of going back and forth I just paid the extra for bacon but I will never go back to this subway because it just seems like they wanted extra money from me...be better

Horrible customer service and not even making the sandwich correctly, sandwiches over toasted, not putting full ingredients as they come.definitely a waste of money don’t go here the amount of attitude you get ordering is not even worth it when I came in the worker was more worried about her husband visiting then helping people. 1/10Worker was also outside visiting her husband or boyfriend leaving the store unattended with people waitingWhat a joke of a franchise!!

Rude young man and young lady. They act like they do not want to be there. They probably don't. Lots of attitude. Not that we are trying to be their friends, but they have zero customer service skills. There are other subways in town, we will be at those next time.

Just got two subways here ! Walked and waited for five minutes , two lady's who were serving were sitting at the tables on their phones and didn't look up as we waited patiently to get their attention . We are on our way to LA and have a long drive after work ! It was so disappointing to see the shabby treatment to a valued customers . Finally one came while the other continued to be on her phone . Was so rude when l asked for the bread options ! Will never ever recommend this place to anyone ! Such poor customer service ! It was not pleasant with the whole process of telling your choices on your sandwich!!
