This is a very special bubble tea shop. In California, there are all kinds of bubble tea places, but T4 has always been a little food hub. Super kind staff! I can really appreciate when you can witness a staff that does their best to offer recommendations and adjustments to what you order if you aren’t sure. Everyone is always very helpful. They always make you feel welcome here.
