Ever since the addition of the self kiosk, Taco Bell (as with many chains) has eliminated customer service. There is no longer greeting customers. There is no longer smiling if you do greet a customer. There is no response when a customer tells an employee thank you. They call your name, set your order on the counter and walk away. Heaven forbid if you need anything, now you have to get someone's attention. Their attention has turned to the next order or the music in their earbud. Don't get me wrong, it's not just Taco Bell, it all over. Its sad.

HAIR IN MY FOOD! Not only can’t they read basic instructions but they’re dirty. I found a hair in my food and tried to call to get a refund and they actually tried to lie and say no one that works there has blonde hair. Dirty liars. Their nasty attitudes don’t help their case either. Negative star review!

It seems this is the only fast food place in Tracy that still cares about the customer. I have never had an order wrong and the one time I was missing a taco they got me a new one in less than a min. Plus all the food is hot which isn't guaranteed at McDonald's.

Morning crew are rude as hell, me and two of my friends went in three days ago, just before noon, ordered about $30 worth of lunch, sat, ate, talked, as we get ready to leave my friend used the bathroom, I went after her, but I forgot my purse on the table, so I ask her to go grab it for me, as she brings it to the door, one of the workers glares at us as she hands me my bag, I don't know maybe she thought we were both going to go in? I'm not sure, but whatever, I take my bag, lock the door, pee, wash my hands, and I'm drying them and she starts pounding on the door like a madman, and yelling for me to come out or she's calling the cops. I'm thinking ' this broad is out of her rabid ass mind right now, but I finish drying my hands and once again as I reach for the door handle she is banging and screaming at me to come out she is calling the police, and finally I'm like 'ok good, call them maybe they NEED to come, because apparently you're a lunatic, verbally assaulting customers!" And she was like "you been in there for 30 minutes!" And I laughed "lady the entire time me and my girlfriends spent in here eating and all wasn't even 30 minutes. And it took me 2, maybe 3 minutes to pee. but call the cops I'm sure they will love you wasting their time." And I walked out, I went next door to buy a pack of smokes and when I walked back towards Taco bell parking lot where our car was parked, she buzzed over the intercom "GO AWAYYYYY!!!!!!" Like wow. How rude as hell, unprofessional, and just immature, for what damn reason am I being disrespected? Ridiculous. I was irate when we left there..
