A week ago I placed an order for delivery. I ordered the 2 new dipper quesadillas that were disgusting with gristle all thru the chicken. I ordered with no lettuce and extra cheese. I received lettuce on both and hardly any cheese. I was furious because I paid for extra cheese on both!! They were Stone cold. I ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and extra cheese. I got extra cheese and no tomatoes but also NO SEASONED BEEF!! I threw it all away, it was so disgusting!! I used to get Taco Bell twice a week... NO MORE!!!

Food was ok. I asked for extea hot sauce and they gave me three packs for a party pack. Hos is that extra hot sauce? Are we supposed to use 1 pack for every four tacos.

I usually go through drive thru but today i decided to go in the diner Briana T was helping a customer before me then she proceeded to help me I pay with my debit card then she left to make my food I notice she didn’t change her gloves. She was using the same gloves since helping the previous customer and not sure how long before that. I let her know she had been using the same gloves when she garb my debit card and that is not sanitary she was not happy with my comment she said that it’s not cash so it’s fine. I said no and I want my money back she ignore me I ask her again and she said someone els will make your order and proceeded to ignore me.
