The customer service here is very Terrible especially if you use the dine in and want to pay with cash. The ladies are rude and will not fulfill your order correctly.

Like I said before about this location. Only go here if there’s male employees due to the fact that they’re the only one that will get your orders correct. Every time I go here and there’s female employees they always mess up my order. I came here at 4:42-4:49. Ordered and never received a receipt or sauce. Paid cash. Flaming hot cheese burrito wasn’t even grilled. Seemed like they just threw melted cheese on the out side and inside of the burrito wasn’t nasty and soggy.

Super small interior dinning. No self drink station. Portions are extremely small compared to the other taco bell on 50 mile radius. Fast service and respectful workers. It's clean. But the portion and lack of self service fountain machine gives it 3/5 stars

So very rude. I went into the drive through to order some food. I told the lady she can give me a min and she said, go ahead. Take your time and she yelled at me right away. Saying, are you ready to order now? And I just left very, very rude. I felt super rushed like there wasn't even any cars only me in thr e drive trough.

I come here at least once or twice a week and every single time I order something I barely have the feeling in my tacos. I got a bean chalupa and as you can see in the picture. they don't spread anything. they put very little toppings in random corners. I wish they would spread everything evenly so you get everything and every bite but this happened to me at least six times now

Awful service. I get there and try to order a simple, easy order - just 6 soft shell tacos, no lettuce. The entire time I’m ordering there’s confusion on the speaker from the guy working and he keeps repeating “is that all” every time I say something. I get my tacos, go home, and they all have lettuce. I bring them back to ask for an exchange and am basically looked at like I’m stupid and then told that they can’t give me new ones without lettuce because the receipt says I asked for them all normal and I “already paid for them and recieved them”….yes, the receipt says that I asked for them normal because I wasn’t heard apparently when I said no lettuce because I just kept being asked if I was done basically. Also, that’s not how food service usually works?

Never posted a review before, but I have to say something about this. Ordered a party pack of tacos there and the taco shells were disgusting. They didn’t smell right nor taste right. I felt bad because my siblings ate them before I even had one. I would’ve totally took those tacos back if I had known. It’s not even worth calling them to not notify them because I won’t be returning there. This is not the first time my family experienced something like this at this specific location.
