Don't get me wrong I absolutely love this taco truck beat in tracy but. I wish they were more consistent with their hours of operation. Once me and my co workers find a place we like we will frequent there weekly. However for the past 4 months I've showed up twice a week at 11am to be met with an empty parking lot. I have waited my entire lunch break for them to show ebery time and end up having to go back to work with no lunch because I waited 30mins for no show. Please do better and be more consistent with your hours please?

Hate to break it to the public but…Why isn’t this place getting more support? Very reasonable prices, not to mention this pastor burrito was NOT what I was expecting, which included a side of chile, radish, and 2 limes.
As I took the first bite, the burrito softly opened and I began tasting the wonderful marinated meat. ✨SO FLAVORFUL✨ I also got a Jamaica, it was soothing, not so sweet, not so bitter, touched to lovability.
Only thing I would change is the spice level as I probably could have ate the whole burrito have there not been that much.??
Overall the menu might seem intimidating, but in no circumstances should you be worried if it has enough flavor (It does) Only thing I would worry about is some items have more salt then others, which I am not worried about.

The guy serving us was cool but 0/10 do NOT recommend literally trash. We ordered a pastor burrito and asada burrito both was complete trash it was way to much salsa and way super spicy it killed the whole burrito total trash and overly priced.

This is the best Food Truck around. I made it right in time before they closed and got to be their last customer. Right before 10pm. Great menu here, Ceviche, shrimp tacos, homemade freshly pressed tortillas. Great prices. I wish I would have took a picture of the menu and truck but I’ll definitely be going back. My burrito was huge and better than any other burrito I’ve had. The owners are very friendly and have great recipes.This was my second time here. The last time was well over a year ago. They’re not always open but most definitely worth the drive out there to check if they are there.I ordered a veggie burrito and big shrimp taco. Both equally bomb. The shrimp taco has a good orange sauce tastes like chipotle.This is the one. Definitely check it out.
