I ordered an Asada super burrito. Nothing about the burrito was super. The meat was good, but the burrito was very dry. I don't plan on returning there.

I don’t know if it was my hunger or just in general but the Super Burrito de pastor with everything was BOMB, you could taste the flavor of EVERYTHING you bite into SO FLAVORFUL. Also to mention the cheese had a little bit of a pull. LOVE TO SEE IT! ?

My lawdt. Wifey and I have now been twice and are in agreement that this is our favorite taco joint in the (greater) Bay area. The tortillas are worth the price of admission alone. Hand made, and you can tell.Today's visit brought us a new revelation. The chicken tacos are incredible. It takes a real talent to have chicken have that nice char on them while not sacrificing the juiciness that's so vital to chicken being palatable. Incredibly good.I got Carne asada tacos, and the meat is well-seasoned, juicy, and offered in a large quantity on each absolutely bonkers tortilla (see above).Bottom line - I don't see a situation in which we are in tracy and don't stop by this place. Come here, give them your money, and leave happy with a full belly.

Had the Al Pastor Quesadilla and it was 5/5 their Pastor is officially the best in town, they are the only ones I have tried that actually put pineapple in their meat. Also had one Asada taco and it was good id give it a 4/5

I came back! And finally tried the quesabirria. The tortilla was pretty thick but I don't think it was a tortilla. I was disappointed that they forgot the consome (broth) on the side :( so I ate the quesabirria alone. It was pretty good. Hubby ordered their hot dog & a torta de Asada. Traditionally tortas are served on a bolillo (Mexican style bread) but this bread looked rustic and tough but wow it was so fluffy and soft!! My bad for judging.I tried the torta and it was really great. Hubby would pass on the $8 hot dog next time. He said it was too sweet for him. Probably because of all the ketchup they put. Back to the torta, it was huge! Hubby had the other half for lunch the next day.There's something about them that makes them unique from other taco trucks I've been to. It may be small to some but for me it makes all the difference.If there's one thing I don't like while waiting for my food, it's standing! They have stools for you to sit while you wait. I love that!
Great flavor.. I had some Teriyaki chicken Tacos.. with flower tortillas.. so Good. Recommend 100%.. Yo got try them…

I've tried every taco spot in Tracy and Cochinitas is THE BEST in Tracy with home made tortillas and a variety of Agua Frescas that are always insanely good. The Birria is so flavorful. I go there atleast two times a week. Still haven't been able to finish a burrito, they're so massive. Everyone who I take here always has nothing but positive things to say about everything on the menu. The lady who runs it is sooo nice! Might even pop over there right after this review. You will not be disappointed. Seriously it will take your breathe away. 11/10.

I'd give this place a 3/5 on the food, but the service was great so rounding up! We decided to give this place a shot because of all of the positive reviews on Yelp.Note: their new location isn't updated on Yelp or Apple Maps. We went all the way over to 11th Street, confused to see a different taco truck... I went on their Instagram shortly afterward to find out that they're actually located on Holly Drive.We drove back over to Holly Drive afterward and voilaaa - there we found the huge red truck we were looking for. The parking lot was full but there's a good amount of street parking. The food seemed really promising since they had a crowd forming outside of the truck. They take Venmo and Zelle here which is a huge plus!We ordered quite a few things to try:+ Carne Asada / Al Pastor Taco (4/5): These two tacos were great! The meats were well marinated and flavorful. I think it would've been better if the asada were cut larger vs. cubed into tiny pieces. The al pastor taco was good, I liked how they kept the pineapple in the taco.+ Camaron Taco (2/5): There were maybe 2-3 pieces of shrimp in this, but they were all dry and overcooked. The sauce that was on top of this was delicious though.+ Quesabirria (3/5): I really enjoyed the first few bites of this, the consume was also rich and flavorful. I think they went a little too heavy handed on the cheese though and it could've used more birria, because by the time we were biting into the center of the quesabirria it was just mouthfuls of cheese. The onions on the side definitely helped with balancing this out.+ Al Pastor Super Burrito (2/5): We read reviews about how this is just a whole bunch of rice, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and unfortunately it was true - nearly 80% of the burrito was just rice. It was so much rice that I couldn't even taste the meat unfortunately - so I'd definitely pass in the future!A solid place for tacos in Tracy! Our order took about 25 minutes to make. There's only a few bar chairs out if you're planning on eating there, but it seems more fit for takeout orders in general.

Their food, and drinks are delicious! Extremely great service! Employees are always happy and welcoming! Love this place! Really cute atmosphere for a food truck! You can eat in your car, or take it to go.
